<p> 高瀨醫生指出原來雙下巴的形成是因為頭習慣性向前伸的問題，沒有雙下巴的人從側身看起來耳朵和肩膀是成一直線的，相反，有雙下巴的人耳朵比肩膀向前傾。</p>

<p>其實人的頭部有30組肌肉，而且與頸椎相連，如果頭習慣性向前伸，相連的肌肉都會跟著，所以這部份的肌肉就會鬆弛下垂，形成雙下巴。</p>

<p>高瀨醫生表示，頭習慣性向前伸的問題有些人是天生的，但近年不少人是因為長期以這姿勢使用電腦或手提電話等，養成陋習。</p>

<p>在地板與背之間放卷起的毛巾並躺平，每天做10分鐘，可以令胸部挺起，從而矯正不良姿勢，改善雙下巴問題。</p>
