<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">但如同氣虛質一樣，陽虛質亦受到初春濕氣的影響。</h2>



<p>一般來說，立春之後有一段長時間內，仍然受到冬寒影響，溫度沒有顯著提高，春意出現現得纏慢，由此進入一個冬春期。<br></p>





<p><br>對於本身陽虛質、氣虛質的人來說，氣的推動與調控作用較弱，尤其白天稍微劇烈活動時，就容易出現氣喘吁籲，動則疲勞，兩頰容易泛紅、久動但四肢仍不溫的陽氣損害之症。</p>

<p><br>陽虛人士面對秋季乍暖還寒的氣候，容易引發胃腸疾病，稍食生冷則見胃寒隱痛、腸鳴腹瀉；輕涼的秋風即可致感冒或腹瀉；晨起則見下肢水腫；嚴重者可因心陽不振而見心悸不適。</p>

<p><strong><br></strong>陽虛人士外出時須帶備保暖衣物，建議日出而作、日入而休，同樣應多接觸陽光，透過太陽直接增加「陽氣值」。可進行輕量運動,如：散步、瑜珈、太極等，身體感覺暖和則可，達到補氣益氣效果；不宜出汗或激烈運動，一旦汗出過多則易耗傷心陽。</p>
