<p>看診經常碰到 便秘 病人，男女老少都有，大多數人會非常自然地告訴你，在服用草本茶之類，可以保證每天有大便，受落之意溢於言表；其實 便秘 中醫來說原因大不同，小朋友多數是蔬菜水果不夠，或者多吃了熱氣食物；而老年人機能衰退，腸道無力，陰寒內結陽虛 便秘 不在少數；有些人是需要一個寬鬆的環境充裕的時間才可以完成大事，中醫歸結於氣機不暢；繁忙得沒有時間排便情況比比皆是，而女士 便秘 更多原因是津液不夠，血虛陰虛而治，實在非簡單草本、益生菌可以解決。</p>

<p>一：仙女飲食，津虧血少</p>



<p>一位大陸著名家族企業的繼承人，在美國讀書工作8年以後回國，體重差不多160多磅，發覺現實沒有像美國一樣對體重很寬容，制定一個所謂「健康計畫」；每天早上一杯橙汁，中午一份蔬菜沙拉，晚餐只喝點湯水；並要求她的中醫開藥保證她每天可以大便，吃得過少每天要大便自然要用很多促進腸蠕動和有瀉下作用的藥，這樣持續一年後體重已經降到130磅左右，欣喜非常，之後慢慢開始感覺乏力、感冒、面上長暗瘡、小病不斷；</p>

<p>父輩聲名顯赫，攜女北上工作時求診過不少京城國寶級名老中醫，組方遣藥效果並不明顯，其實她始終因為擔憂再度肥胖而不肯更改飲食習慣，每天只喝一點精華的汁、加一些蔬菜，主食很少，瀉藥的份量越用越重以維持排便，但身體卻越來越虛，睡眠不好，手腳冰冷而臉上暗瘡此起彼伏，感覺痛苦不堪，究其原因是飲食攝入太少，日久造成氣血不足，血虛肌膚失去濡養，故手腳冰冷，血虛繼而造成陰虛，陰虛火旺臉上易生暗瘡，口干咽干目干，大便乾澀，心失血養心煩失眠諸症疊出，此時已演變成身體內臟的嚴重虧損，實在非簡單食療可以解決。</p>

<p> 二：養血養陰，增液行舟</p>



<p>中醫把津液缺少、血虛陰虛便秘形容為「無水停舟」，大便好像一條運行的船，在充足水分的腸道裡暢遊；很多女士節食，每天吃很少，人體氣血不夠，纖維素不夠，自然容易擱灘，解決的方法就是「增水行舟」，服用養血增液的生地黃、麥冬之類，而不只是八大杯水。</p>

<p>剛生完孩子的新產婦，由於大出血，或流了很多汗，腸道乾澀，很容易便秘，所以在南方就有送產婦核桃的習慣，一碗雞蛋紅糖核桃加酒釀的甜品，可以填補氣血，潤腸通便下惡露。其餘像桑椹、黑芝麻、松子、黑木耳、菠菜、百合、蜂蜜、當歸、首烏均有養血通便作用；白蘿蔔、海帶、無花果、杏仁、花生都是便秘的好選擇。</p>

<p>三：定時排便，約定習成</p>



<p>在便秘的治療中，除了要飲足夠的水，配合多纖維素飲食，中醫辯證分型治療外，最關鍵是要養成定時排便習慣，方法是選擇一個自己能完全支配的固定時間，如早上剛起床或晚上沖涼前；如在早上就先喝一杯開水，然後坐在廁所，努力如廁，解不出來也要努力，一般不超過半個小時，一二周以後就可以養成定時排便習慣。之後只要一杯水落肚，腸蠕動增加，廁所上一坐，條件放射，大便就會順勢而下。</p>

<p> 三： 枸杞果仁茶：</p>



<p>枸杞子20粒，杏仁核桃碎半湯匙，加蜂蜜少許，沖飲</p>

<p>聯繫當前疫情之下，每日大便通暢顯得由為重要，中醫認為新冠肺炎是「疫毒」，保持大便通暢利於毒有出路，長期吃含有瀉下性質的藥茶會取代並廢掉你原本的腸道功能，所以針對便秘病因階段性對症治療和養成定時排便習慣是解決便秘的根本方法。</p>
