<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">辣椒亦含抗氧化物</h2>



<p>辣椒當中含辣椒素，是有助身體產生熱能，適量進食能達到暖身的效果，有時身體更會出汗以調節體溫。除此之外，新鮮辣椒更含多種抗氧化物，但要注意的是有部分辣味調味料當中的油、鹽、糖含量更比辣椒多，多吃無益。例如辣椒油或辣XO醬中主要成份是油，而當中的辣椒籽、瑤柱等都吸滿了油分，是高脂又高鈉的選擇。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">食辣的低脂選擇</h2>



<p>食辣想低脂一點，以下有三款常見的調味料是惹味又低脂的：</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1">1.七味粉</h2>



<p>七味粉的「七味」指的是由辣椒和其他六種不同的香辛料配製的，包括陳皮、黑芝麻、白芝麻、山椒、薑和海苔，不單只<strong>沒有添加油，更不含鹽份</strong>，十分適合加在湯烏冬或串燒上。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2">2.是拉差辣椒醬</h2>



<p>是拉差辣椒醬成分中只含紅辣椒、糖、鹽、大蒜及醋等，與一般用芝麻油製成的不同，<strong>脂肪含量接近零</strong>，酸甜的味道也十分適合泰式食物如河粉、米紙卷等。</p>

<p>辣鮮露只在原味鮮露的基礎上加入了小量辣椒醬，因此在營養成分上與原味的差別不大，但辣味的版本就更受愛辣人士歡迎了，十分適合用在提鮮，是<strong>灼海鮮的好拍檔。</strong></p>
