<p><br>疫情這段時間，避免外出做運動，不如留在家中一齊做開心瑜伽。做瑜伽如何可以令我們開心呢？做運動好處多，做運動時大腦會釋放安多酚，令人心情愉快起來，愈做愈開心。另外，思敏教大家的以下6招開心瑜伽，可以幫我們打開心輪。</p>

<p><br>我們的身體一共有七個脈輪，心輪是七輪的中心點，只要心輪能量暢通，也幫助上下脈輪的流動。心輪位於胸部正中，對應我們的心臟和呼吸系統，而在情感上，心輪都關於愛、慈悲和同理心，因此打開心輪其實在身心理上都有幫助。在日常生活，當你坐直挺胸收腹深呼吸時，都自然會覺得更精神。除了開啟心輪，這6招開心瑜伽都可以幫助減少寒背問題，由其現代人多玩手機，容易頸緊膊痛。</p>



<p><br>1.伸展上半身關節</p>



<p>前後轉動膊頭，幫助收緊肩胛骨。拉伸雙手及肩膊，把整個身體向上拉，伸展胸部及肩胛位置。</p>

<p>拗腰拱背的動作可以拉長脊椎，提升脊椎柔軟度及伸展頸部，舒緩脊椎僵硬的情況。</p>
