<p>對於部分初期出現吞嚥困難的患者，其家人需要提高意識，仔細觀察在進食過程中有否出現以下情況：</p>



<p>-在吞嚥時或之後咳嗽<br>-進食時呼吸規律有明顯轉變<br>-持續地流口水<br>-食物滯留在口腔內<br>-說話時聲線常夾雜聲<br>-食物倒流到鼻或口腔<br>-非常吃力地吞嚥</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">外出用膳要注意甚麼？</h2>



<p>對於已經有吞嚥困難情況的長者，在外出用膳時也需特別注意。尤其是接觸不常吃的食物，更需要格外留神；不論在餐具、坐姿、食物種類及大小質地方面，也可能需要特別安排。例如有用開凝固粉進食流質食物的長者，在進食任何流質食物時（例如燉湯、糖水），均需要按指示加入凝固粉方可進食。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">照顧者該如何餵食技巧？</h2>



<p>同時亦需要留意以下餵食技巧：</p>



<p>-餵食時照顧者應坐在長者前面<br>-食物溫度適當，不可過熱<br>-餵食時不可過急，咀嚼吞嚥後，檢查口腔沒有積聚食物，才餵另一口<br>-切勿同一時間進食及講話<br>-留意長者吞嚥時的反應和精神狀態<br>-進食後清潔口腔<br>-進食後維持坐姿30分鐘</p>

<p>長者如出現吞嚥困難徵狀，必須轉介言語治療師評估，然後遵從言語治療師指示如何進食，包括：<br>1.進食的姿勢 &#8211; 挺直而坐，避免倒向一側，吞嚥時頭和頸項微向前傾<br>2.可進食的食物類別<br>3.適量地調較濃度<br>4.用合適的餐具</p>
