<p>近年 麒麟果 人氣急升，擁有「燕窩果」之稱，具備排毒、美顏及抗氧化功效。雖然價格較高，但仍大受一眾女性歡迎，連網民都認證其通便作用，不過專家提醒麒麟果不是每個人都適合食用，有3種人就不宜進食過量，以免適得其反。 </p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading">號稱「水果界燕窩」  具凍齡排便功效</h4>



<p>麒麟果屬於低熱量高纖維的水果，具備豐富的維他命C、維他命B2及蛋白質，對潤腸通便有很大的幫助，排毒效果比火龍果更顯著。 </p>

<p>另一方面，麒麟果含有天然抗氧化成分的花青素及多酚，抵擋傷害身體細胞的自由基，因此有抗衰老和預防慢性疾病的作用。 </p>

<p>其實每個人的體質都不一樣，不過專家亦不建議每日都吃麒麟果，一星期吃一個已經足夠，而以下3種人更不宜進食過量。 </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">01 糖尿病患者</h4>



<p>麒麟果屬於大型水果，每個約有130卡路里，相當於兩個水果的份量，而且甜度高，糖尿病患者要多加留意，不要一整個吃。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">02 經期女生</h4>



<p>由於麒麟果是寒性水果，正值經期的女生不宜進食，以免造成行經不暢，加劇經痛。   </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">03 脾胃較弱的人</h4>



<p>脾胃較弱、容易腹瀉及腸胃敏感的人都不適合吃太多。若有排便困難的人士，一星期吃一個已經有幫助。 </p>

<p>博士首推西梅乾，如果想得到更好效果，他表示將西梅乾泡水一晚再食用更理想。此外，註冊營養師Jessica Cording，解釋西梅乾含有大量纖維，而且梅子有豐富的山梨糖醇，能達到軟便效果，可刺激消化系統。</p>

<p>近年大行其道的奇亞籽，被不少明星捧為減肥恩物，皆因微少的奇亞籽卻含豐富纖維量，Jessica 表示奇亞籽能將排泄物凝結，更易透過消化系統帶出體外。難怪不少明星都會upload各式各樣的奇亞籽布丁food porn！</p>

<p>咖啡去水腫、利尿的說法，相信大家不會陌生，營養諮詢網站Appetite for Health註冊營養師Julie Upton表示，只要一杯咖啡的咖啡因，就能促進腸道蠕動，能幫助排便。想上廁所的朋友，可以試試飲咖啡呢！</p>
