<h1 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">藜麥提高抵抗力</h1>



<p>作為超級食物的 藜麥 ，含有不少能提高抵抗力的營養素，例如維他命B雜和鋅質等。維他命B雜能幫助身體新陳代謝，缺乏可能會令身體虛弱，精神欠佳。鋅質能活化白血球，維持免疫系統的正常運作。 藜麥 中的多種抗氧化物質，如維他命E、類黃酮、植物固醇等，能減少免疫細胞受到自由基的傷害，從而保護細胞，更有助提高抵抗力。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">豐富膳食纖維</h2>



<p> 藜麥 、南瓜和枝豆這三種食材，都富含膳食纖維，能促進腸道蠕動。加速體內廢物排出的同時，刺激腸道內的有益菌生長，從而幫助抑制有害菌的生長，有助改善腸道的健康，提高抵抗力。豐富的膳食纖維亦能延長飽腹感，以免進食過多，有利於體重的控制。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>藜麥 炒枝豆配煎南瓜</strong></h2>



<p><strong>材料</strong>：<br>藜麥 半碗<br>枝豆半碗<br>小南瓜半個<br><br><strong>調味料</strong>：<br>鹽1茶匙<br>黑胡椒2茶匙<br>香菜碎少許<br>檸檬1/4個<br>脫脂乳酪1湯匙<br><br><strong>做法</strong>：<br>1.藜麥用兩倍的清水煮熟，備用。<br>2.南瓜切塊，用少許油在鍋中煎香，盛起備用。<br>3.燒熱鍋，倒入 藜麥 炒乾水分，加入枝豆翻炒，再加入鹽和黑胡椒調味，盛起。<br>4.將南瓜鋪在 藜麥 上，擠上檸檬汁，撒上香草碎，淋上脫脂乳酪，即成。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>藜麥&nbsp;1米杯<br>水 2米杯<br>番薯&nbsp;1個<br>雞胸肉 1塊<br>牛肉 1塊<br>西蘭花 半個<br>雞蛋&nbsp;2-3個<br>南瓜&nbsp;1/4<br><strong>調味料：</strong><br>鹽 少許<br>黑胡椒 少許<br>橄欖油&nbsp;3茶匙<br><strong>做法：</strong><br>1. 藜麥預先浸泡至少半小時，浸一晚也可以，然後倒掉泡藜麥的水。<br>2. 以1：2(水)的比例放在一個鍋子內，開火蓋蓋子煮滾。<br>3. 煮滾後下少許鹽，煮約10分鐘中途不時攪拌，把蓋子蓋上但要留一些空隙，煮至水收乾就可以。<br>4. 把西蘭花和雞蛋分別煮熟撈出備用，雞蛋打直切成四等份。<br>5. 南瓜用氣炸鍋的話，南瓜會有少少外脆內軟；用焗爐，比較軟身，兩者做法都是很好吃的<br>6. 先在容器底部鋪一層藜麥，再擺配料。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>蝦 6隻<br>火腿片 2片<br>蛋 2顆<br>藜麥半匙<br>白飯 1米杯<br>紅蘿蔔 適量<br>木耳 適量<br>蔥 5條<br><strong>做法：</strong><br>1. 藜麥洗淨後，靜泡1小時，1小時後量1米杯的白米洗淨後，加入藜麥和1杯水，外鍋4分水，放入電鍋煮熟。<br>2. 將蝦脫殼去腸泥，用鹽水洗淨後，滴點酒去腥味，靜置15分鐘<br>3. 火腿片切成條，紅蘿蔔和木耳切絲，蔥切成珠，蔥白和蔥綠分開放。<br>4. 開小火加熱後放點油，蝦仁放入鍋子煮熟後，先盛起來備用。<br>5. 將其他材料炒熟後，先後將紅蘿蔔，木耳，火腿再放入白飯翻炒，炒到白飯粒粒分明後，倒入適量的醬油和鹽翻炒後，加入蝦仁和蔥綠翻炒均勻後，即可盛起來食用。</p>
