<p><strong>材料：</strong></p>



<p>蕎麥麵100克<br>青瓜半條<br>甘筍半條<br>火腿1片</p>

<p><strong>調味料：</strong></p>



<p>冷麵汁適量</p>



<p><strong>做法：</strong></p>



<p>1.將蕎麥麵放入滾水中，煮大約8-10分鐘。<br>2.將煮好的蕎麥麵放進冰水降溫，瀝乾並放在碗中。<br>3.洗淨青瓜，切幼絲。<br>4.洗淨甘筍，去皮切幼絲。<br>5.火腿切絲。<br>6.將所有材料鋪在蕎麥麵上。<br>7.淋上冷麵汁，即成。</p>
