<p>日本電視節目《林先生が驚く 初耳学》經常介紹不少大受女生歡迎的懶人減肥法，繼早前大熱的餐前沙律減肥法，於正餐前先吃沙律及蔬果，減慢升糖指數以達致減肥效果，今次介紹的 蔬菜汁減肥 法，只是將沙律轉行蔬菜汁，更加方便！</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">腰圍減7.7cm</h4>



<p>節目找來一位女生進行實測，須於每日3餐，進食前30分鐘先飲一杯蔬果汁，然後如常食正餐。實測1個月後，女生體重由57.9kg減至54.1kg，輕了3.8kg！腰圍更由79.2cm減至71.5cm，減了7.7cm，使用 蔬菜汁減肥 後，整個人明顯地瘦了，非精神奇。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">茄紅素超越沙律！</h4>



<p>營養師關口絢子解釋，蔬菜汁的茄紅素起了關鍵作用，總所周知，茄紅素有助減肥，皆因可令荷爾蒙脂聯素上升，以達致減磅效果，然而關口小姐表示，蔬菜汁經過加工工序後，大部分營養濃縮起來，更易被人體吸收。蔬菜汁的茄紅素含量有109μg，比起新鮮番茄高近4倍！原來一瓶小小的蔬菜汁可以帶來減肥效果， 蔬菜汁減肥 如此方便，啱晒一眾大忙人！</p>
