<p>台灣人氣營養師高敏敏表示，以一個60公斤成年人計算，每天需要吸收1,800卡路里，而鮮芋仙的甜品主要由澱粉﹑糖﹑油等材料組成，例如芋圓﹑粉條﹑紅豆﹑芋頭等，相當於一份午餐或晚餐的熱量。營養師建議吃甜品時，最好與朋友分享吃同一碗，選擇熱量較低的仙草，少甜或少奶精，避免吸入過多卡路里。</p>
