<p>芫茜可以有排走體內的重金屬，根據日本藤崎研究所發現，芫茜可以減少重金屬鉛在體內沉積，有助排出腦部囤積的重金屬(鉛)，促進血液循環，預防老人痴呆症。</p>

<p>芫茜的膳食纖維含量高，而且是一種低卡路里食物，每100克只有27kcal，減肥期間進食不會加重身體負擔。</p>
