<p>而脂肪堆積則是因為飲食習慣不當，如進食太多高脂高熱量的食物，同時缺乏運動無法燃燒多餘脂肪，導致啤酒肚。</p>

<p>雖然不少專家指啤酒肚與啤酒無關，但其實一瓶啤酒的熱量，等同於兩隻雞蛋，而很多人會因它的酒精濃度低而喝過量，導致攝取過多熱量並轉化成脂肪。</p>

<p>除了飲食外，壓力也是導致啤酒肚的成因之一。因為壓力太大或影響睡眠質素及生活習慣，而不規律作息有機會引致自主神經失衡，令脂肪難以被燃燒，影響血液循環致肚腩形成。</p>
