<p>年輕的我們很少會顧慮肌肉不足。看看到健身室的型男美女，人人都在做重力訓練，希望肌肉能夠再大一些，為身體健康好像變得其次，最緊要還是體態吸引，惹人羨慕。如果大家有細心留意，做重力訓練的朋友大多是40歲以下的壯男美女，更年長一些的朋友都在用跑步機或單車機，似乎在保持運動量以免身體衰退多過操fit自己。這裏就看到一條清楚的界線了，似乎40歲以上肌肉力大幅下降。千萬別以為肌肉力下降只是舉不了重這麼簡單，其實肌力不足更可能直接及間接地危及生命，絕不能忽視。<br><br>直接方面，心臟其實是一大塊強壯的肌肉，心臟肌力不足自然就會令到血壓不足，危及生命。如果是腿部肌肉不足則有機會跌倒，撞傷頭顱也會危及生命，因此服用保健品去預防肌肉衰退，是年紀漸長的俊男美女需要正視的課題。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">乳清蛋白（Whey protein)：增加肌肉的原材料</h2>



<p>肌肉的製成需要蛋白質作為原材料，而隨著年紀，蛋白質吸收及運用皆有下降的趨勢。 當然我們可以透過攝取各類肉類來吸收足夠的蛋白質，但同時我們亦需要承受多吃肉類帶來的負面效果，包括增加大腸癌的風險。乳清蛋白是一類容易消化吸收及使用的蛋白質種類，很多操肌肉練大隻的壯男美女都有使用。不過服用乳清蛋白的話謹記要配合運動，讓身體知道需要把蛋白質導向肌肉的製成，否則身體收不到訊號就會把他們作為能量來處理，最後變成肝醣和脂肪就得不償失了。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">支鏈氨基酸 BCAA：增加肌肉質量</h2>



<p>BCAA 全寫是 branched chain amino acid, 主要由三種人體必需氨基酸而組成，包括亮氨酸 leucine, 異亮氨酸 isoleucine 和纈胺酸 valine。在這三種必須氨基酸當中以亮氨酸緊要度最高，有運動科學研究指出，提升亮氨酸的吸收比例，更有助肌肉質量的提升。而其他兩種，分別能延長肌肉的運用時間以及復原力，讓我們延長運動時間，增加肌肉的蛋白質吸收，讓肌肉質量增加。和乳清蛋白相同，單單吸收 BCAA 而不做運動，並不能教導身體造成肌肉，因此還是需要我們用些努力，用身體把相關物質導向肌肉，否則又會變肥，反而加重肌肉負擔。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading">亮氨酸代謝物 HBM：加速肌肉組成</h2>



<p>HBM是亮氨酸的代謝物，理論上服用量氨酸後，HBM 便會相繼生成，因此很多人並不選擇服用 HBM。可是透過亮氨酸慢慢轉變成HBM 速度很慢，針對長者肌肉流失比年輕人嚴重，若果不額外補充 HBM，就會造成肌肉建立起來，下一刻便流失了的困境。HBM 可以加速肌肉組織的建立，同時減慢肌肉的分解流失。若果長者能運動或參與物理治療師安排的治療，他們會發現 HBM 能讓他們的活力更持久。因為 HBM 會加速乳酸的排走，讓肌肉不易疲勞，從而加強肌肉的耐性，讓肌肉訓練更見成效。</p>

<p>要解決肌肉流失問題，其實沒有法寶沒有捷徑，只是遵從增加生成、減慢流失兩種方法，讓生成快於流失，讓肌肉達成正增長，還要加上我們個人努力，鼓勵我們身體這台機器有效運用原材料，多方配合才能保證我們的健康。因此動起來吧，勤力保健的人才有回報。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color">「冷氣病」的特徵</h2>



<p>城市處處都是冷氣環境，一年四季辦公室、逛商場、餐廳、乘車、健身房運動，甚至睡眠等都離不開空調。上述的身體位置常常都不自覺地受寒，而且這些寒氣還會慢慢累積，加上運動不足，出現「冷氣病」特徵：<br><br>1.影響血液循環<br>2.睡眠質素欠佳<br>3.肌肉僵硬<br>4.關節不順<br>5.手腳冰冷<br>6.皮膚乾燥<br>7.易倦乏力等<br><br><strong>若經常出現以上三個或以上「冷氣病」特徵，似病非病的症狀，俗稱所謂的「冷氣病」可能已經找上你。</strong></p>

<p>今年37歲的山下智久出道已逾25年，累積作品數不勝數。出道多年曾是偶像組合Four Tops團員、NEWS隊長，更擔當過許多日劇男主角，成為許多民眾心目中的克美男神，更是日本人公認的「國寶級帥哥」，打入「日本10大好身材男星」殿堂。<br><br>帶著粉絲們的高度期待和注視，山下智久對自我要求亦是極為嚴格，經常在社交平台分享健身影片，不定時分享自製健康食譜，與粉絲們分享維持及保養男神身材的方法。</p>

<p>在進行運動之前，山下智久會先進行20分鐘的有氧運動，當作熱身來練心肺功能和肌耐力；再通過不同器材輔助進行各式重量訓練，訓練肌肉、肌耐力，讓肌肉線條逐點逐點雕琢成形。</p>

<p>山下智久曾經分享過，他在嚴格進行飲食控制時，每天攝取的熱量會控制在1200大卡，同時執行無鹽飲食法，避免加工食品，幾乎都攝取原型食物，來減輕身體負擔，也能幫助健身增肌減脂效果。<br><br>為了讓肌肉線條在鏡頭前更明顯，他對自己的飲食控制非常嚴格，例如之前他在電影《明日之丈》出演拳擊選手，他努力將體脂從14%降到5%，體重更從62公斤減至53公斤。不論是胸肌、腹肌、背肌、二頭肌還是人魚線都十分完美！</p>
