<p>聽音樂不單是日常的休閒娛樂，更被視為紓緩壓力、治療心靈的途徑之一。雖然音樂的確可以幫助入睡，但長遠而言可能會產生依賴性，並對睡眠質量造成不健康的影響。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">01 大腦無法真正休息</h4>



<p>根據外國研究顯示，即使進入睡眠狀態，但由於音樂會讓大腦保持活踴狀態，即使負責交互接收的腦神經沒有意識，但事實上大腦一直都是保持清醒。</p>

<p>這樣不但無法好好休息，還可能會導致我們在半夜醒來，淺睡只會令我們精神變得更差。長遠而言，這個睡眠狀態會導致心率提高，甚至遠遠超過正常的範圍。</p>

<p>有部分人會帶著耳筒聽歌入睡，由於它無法完全貼合耳朵，會增加耳朵承受的壓力，有可能會導致皮膚壞死、耳膜疼痛。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">03 對音樂產生依賴性</h4>



<p>如果養成聽音樂才可以入睡的話，身體會產生依賴性，這並不是一個健康的生活習慣。若想改善睡眠質素的話，應該使用其他方式，例如多運動、睡前遠離電子產品等。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">怎樣聽音樂才不會影響睡眠？</h4>



<p>偶爾失眠還是想聽首歌，難道真的完全不行嗎？建議盡量將音響與耳朵的距離拉開，音樂的聲量不要超過50分貝，亦不要一整晚都播著音樂入睡，才不會影響睡眠質素。</p>
