<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">哪些是常見滋潤食材？</h4>



<p>究竟從中醫學角度，哪些食材具有滋潤作用？常見的有木瓜、雪梨、椰子、雪耳、麥冬、黑芝麻、桃膠。今次便以桃膠炮製一款滋潤又 美顏 的食療。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">滋潤 美顏 食療推介：鮮奶百合圓肉燉桃膠</h4>



<p> 美顏 是不少人「終生事業」，要數近年大熱 美顏 食材，不得不提桃膠。以下介紹的鮮奶百合圓肉燉桃膠，就具有滋陰 美顏 之效。</p>



<p>鮮奶百合圓肉燉桃膠（2人份量）</p>



<p>材料：桃膠20粒、龍眼肉15克、雪耳1朵、紅棗8粒、鮮百合2個、鮮奶500毫升、冰糖適量。</p>



<p>做法：</p>



<p>1.桃膠必須在臨食前一天浸水，然後把變軟身桃膠用溫水過三次，把雜質取走。</p>



<p>2.鮮百合洗淨，撕一片片備用。</p>



<p>3.雪耳洗淨浸開，切小塊。</p>



<p>4.龍眼肉、紅棗洗淨，再將紅棗去核切小。</p>



<p>5.預備燉盅，把所有材料放入器皿內蓋上蓋子，滾水起計隔水燉三十分鐘。<br></p>
