<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">折解頸紋成因</h2>



<p>頸部的肌肉和骨頭，每日必須支撐4至5kg重的頭部，頸紋產生的成因有很多，分別是：<br>1.  駝背、長期低頭看手機、坐姿不良的生活習慣，令頸部產生橫向皺紋。<br>2.  我們可以上下左右自由地轉動頸部，頸部皮膚亦會比其他身體部位更加容易鬆弛。<br>3.  頸紋越來越深的原因，是紫外線。紫外線入侵皮膚後會破壞膠原蛋白，因而產生細微的皺紋。<br>4.  隨住年齡增長，頸部肌膚的膠原蛋白、彈力蛋白會逐漸減少，導致肌膚老化而出現皺紋。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">經絡按摩抗衰老？</h2>



<p>韓國皮膚管理講師鄭智恩提出，透過經絡按摩，可以淡化頸紋抗衰老，不過按摩前要注意：<br>1. 先洗臉，再塗上乳霜或精油。<br>2. 建議用手按摩，因為如果使用工具來按摩頸部，可能會因力度過大而破壞微血管。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1"><strong>步驟1</strong></h3>



<p id="h-10-20">頸的左右兩邊，分別用雙手往下推壓10次，兩邊加起來共20次。此動作可以促進淋巴循環。</p>

<p>將頸部由上至下，劃分成4部分。之後從頸部最下方開始，從下往上、從右往左，用大拇指和食指或中指，捏住肌膚往旁邊拉，用捏按肌膚來刺激筋膜，共拉4次。</p>

<p>將頸部以縱向分成左、中、右三部分，每個部分用雙手快速往上推壓10次，共推壓30次。完成按摩後，用濕毛巾清潔頸部。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--5"><strong>鍛鍊臉部肌肉</strong></h3>



<p>臉部按摩有助鍛鍊並放鬆臉部肌肉，像維持身材般，維持不鬆垮、緊緻的臉部線條。於家中每兩至三日進行一次經絡按摩，跟運動一樣，持之以恆三個月後會見到成效。而按摩時不建議「乾手」按摩，因為會拉傷肌膚，按摩時要配搭按摩油或頸霜，才能達到去紋的效果。</p>

<p>面上有斑並不代表全是 曬斑 ，其實 色斑 分成3大類，分別為雀斑、曬斑及荷爾蒙斑。雀斑一般是來自於遺傳，或是隨年紀增長而變多，多數分佈在面頰及鼻子位置； 曬斑 一般是因經曝曬而出現，受紫外光刺激皮膚，引致產生黑色素，多數出現於顴骨位置；荷爾蒙斑的成因一般為不良生活習慣、紫外線、黑色素細胞過多等，較為難於處理。</p>

<p>退斑第一步，當然不少得預防 色斑 加深或增加。正所謂「預防勝於治療」，最簡單的方法就是外出前做好防曬措施，最好選擇SPF30以上的產品，減低在烈日當空下形成 曬斑 的機會。</p>

<p>當阻止 色斑 增生後，就可以開做第二步，即減淡色素。其中一個方法就是從飲食著手，大家不妨吃含有豐富維他命C食物，如蕃茄、檸檬汁或青瓜等，有效抑制酸氨酶的活性，阻止黑色素形成。另外，建議塗抹淡 色斑 及美白護膚品，同時做好保濕，令退斑效果事半功倍。</p>

<p><br>當LED發出的光與皮膚細胞進行互動時，光線會促進細胞產生更多名為三磷酸腺苷或ATP的化學物質，ATP會反過來促進細胞健康生長，然後會加速血液循環，促進細胞繁殖，加快組織修復等一系列新陳代謝活動的發生，令皮膚更光滑、明亮和年輕。<br><br>現時常見的家用LED美容儀中，以紅色、藍色和紅外光最為常見。<br><br></p>

<p><strong><br></strong>LED光療不會令人變黑，因LED療法不使用紫外線，不會改變皮膚的顏色。LED光療非常柔和而且不痛，只會有輕微的暖和感。一開始使用時，頻率可以是每星期兩至五次，於三至四個月內見到明顯效果，之後可減低使用頻率。<br><br>LED作為一種非創傷性療法，LED光療比化學煥膚、激光煥膚等更柔和。雖然LED不會對皮膚造成刺激，但其發射的能量較低，因此需要花數月時間才能見效。<br><br>現時市面上有一系列方便易用的家用LED美容儀，選購LED美容儀時，要先考慮個人的生活方式和皮膚護理需求。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-led-vs-pdt">LED光療 VS PDT光動力療法<br></h2>



<p id="h-pdt-photodynamic-therapy-led-pdt-30-pdt-pdt-48-led-led">進行PDT（Photodynamic therapy）治療時，紅色或藍色的LED光會幫助皮膚細胞吸收一種名為光敏劑的化學物質，從而達到刺激新細胞的再生，逆轉日曬傷害的作用。每次PDT治療可持續30分鐘至三小時不等，但必須要到美容院才能進行。PDT治療過程中可能會讓人感到不舒服，尤其是被穿透性強勁的紅光照射時。由於利用化學物質的光敏性，皮膚在治療後可能會出現紅腫，及持續數天的脫皮。接受PDT治療的48小時內，一定要避免陽光直射。<br><br>相比之下，LED明顯更舒適和方便，不僅可在家利用美容儀護膚，有效刺激細胞修復、減少紅腫、舒緩受損皮膚。<br><br>雖然LED不是侵入性療程，安全性相當高，但如果肌膚出現不當反應，應停止使用，並諮詢專業的皮膚科醫生。<br></p>

<p>加速身體老化的原因很多，包括疾病、生活作息不正常、飲食不當等。而腹腔重要的原因，是因為腹腔內藏著消化系統、造血系統、泌尿生殖系統及內分泌系統、淋巴系統的一部分，並擁有大量的血管、神經等，因此腹腔非常重要。但我們習慣以胸式呼吸，腹式呼吸便開始退化 ，腹部運動亦因而減弱，導致脂肪堆積，隨年齡增長，腰圍也明顯增大。</p>

<p id="h--2">當腹部脂肪愈多，對胸廓的影響愈大，從而影響了心肺功能，我們不得不加快呼吸次數。<br><br>另外，由於肚子愈來愈大，腹壓也隨之增高，從而導致高血壓患者血壓增高，頭痛患者病情加重。腹壓的增加，使心臟負荷加大，所以心率相應加快，使心臟病患者也愈來愈不堪重負。因此加強腹式呼吸，促進腹腔運動非常重要。透過腹式呼吸，能活化免疫細胞，提升抵抗力。</p>

<p>因腹式呼吸加大了橫隔膜的升降幅度，使胸廓能得到最大限度的擴張，胸腔的下部空間就會加大，有利於肺下部的擴張及收縮，使肺下部的肺泡得以充分伸縮，讓更多的氧氣進入肺部，從而加強我們的呼吸功能、加大肺活量及改善有氧代謝。<br><br>由於肺功能增強，氧氣自然充足，心肺功能亦可得到改善，從而減少患上心肺疾病。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-vs">胸式呼吸 VS 腹式呼吸</h2>



<p id="h--8"><br>「胸式呼吸」是藉由胸腔肋骨上的胸肌運作所進行的呼吸，肺會橫向擴張。因呼吸時會使用到胸部或肩膀的肌肉，導致肩膀上提，喉嚨也會用力。<br><br>「腹式呼吸」是藉由肺臟下方的橫隔膜，其上下運動所進行的呼吸，肺會縱向擴張。因呼吸時不會使用到胸部或肩膀的肌肉，喉嚨也處於放鬆狀態。</p>

<p>想知道自己有沒有將腹式呼吸做好，用手摸肚子就知道。大口吸氣時肚子會鼓起，吐氣時肚子會消下去，就是最簡單易懂的判別標準。</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--9"><strong>步驟：</strong></h4>



<p>1.放鬆肩膀及挺直腰，用鼻吸氣。</p>



<p>2.鬆開橫膈膜，把空氣吸到肚子內，可試著吸氣4秒。</p>



<p>3.憋氣8秒或12秒，盡量拉長憋氣時間即可。</p>



<p>4.用4秒時間把空氣透過嘴巴慢慢呼出來。</p>



<p>5.重複以上步驟5次。</p>

<p>皮膚的老廢角質沒有正常新陳代謝就會堆積在表面，老廢角質的堆積會造成肌膚觸感粗糙，也會讓黑色素難以代謝，這類型的肌膚暗沉可能會伴有毛孔粗大、油脂分泌頻繁的困擾，如果沒有適度去除老廢角質，就算使用了再多的美白保養品，也難以進入肌膚被吸收。</p>

<p>老化、長期面對電腦螢屏都會引致肌膚乾燥。當肌膚缺乏水份，角質層的調節就會下降，面對日曬、污染的抵抗力會明顯減弱。此外，電腦螢屏的靜電會產生很多眼睛看不見的細微灰塵，並在臉上沉積，也是帶來暗沉的疑凶。</p>

<p>作息不正常會造成身體新陳代謝能力下降，影響黑色素生成與代謝、降低表皮層的修護能力，也可能造成內分泌的混亂，進而影響膚質。晚上的睡眠時間是皮膚更新、修復的時刻，新的細胞生長、老化角質細胞的排除，都在睡覺時段發生，太晚睡或睡眠不足都會讓新陳代謝功能不再順暢，造成老化角質堆積增厚，肌膚自然失去透明感，呈現灰暗泛灰的暗沉狀。</p>

<p id="h--2">只用美白產品卻不注意防曬，這是最重要的你白不了的原因！大家留意以下三大原因。</p>

<p>濃度不夠，或根本不是美白配方，或有美白成分但根本就達不到美白需要的濃度。當然濃度也不是越濃越好。市售大廠出的產品濃度也不會特別高，大家大可放心。</p>

<p>防曬霜沒有用夠量，美白精華也沒有按使用說明用量。</p>

<p>皮膚新陳代謝28天是一個週期，精華、面霜都要超過三個月才能看出來 （當然還是在防曬做好的情況下），面膜也是，一週一次也是要兩三個月才行。</p>

<p>1.<strong>抗氧化（還原美白）</strong>：因為在黑色素的生成過程中，氧化自由基參與了部分反應，所以抗氧化對於美白來說，也是個關鍵步驟。</p>



<p>2.<strong>抑制「三酶一素」</strong>：在黑色素形成過程中起關鍵作用的四個玩意兒，抑制它們四個的活性就阻斷了黑色素形成。這是大部分市面上美白產品的原理。</p>



<p>3.<strong>去角質（代謝美白）</strong>：讓已經生成的黑色素趕緊跑到外面來，然後把它們除掉。但是這個不太適合敏感肌膚和乾性肌膚。果酸換膚對這效果比較顯著。</p>

<p>神經醯胺（Ceramide）是由皮膚表皮最外角質層細胞，與細胞之間所組成的高濃度脂質（脂肪）分子，是一種本身就存在於肌膚角質層內的「生理脂質」，是表皮上的角質層的重要成分，具有親水性與親油性的化學特性。</p>

<p>角質層細胞間脂質的主要成分有神經醯胺、脂肪酸及膽固醇三種脂質，這些脂質在對抗外部環境傷害中扮演重要角色，當中神經醯胺存在人體皮膚角質層的脂質中含有50％以上，和膽固醇及脂肪酸同步組合成特別保護力的結構，形成一個防護屏障，防止肌膚水分流失。</p>

<p>神經醯胺本身存在肌膚當中，為甚麼需要另外塗抹？紫外線、空氣污染、氣溫上升、年齡增長等情況，容易使皮膚原先的神經醯胺陸續下滑。肌膚中含有的神經醯胺，從25至28歲開始，逐漸流失大約40%。步入40歲開始，更會失去大約60%以上。隨住肌膚老化，肌膚上神經醯胺逐漸減少，肌膚屏障容易變得更加脆弱，造成乾燥、粗糙、皺紋、敏感、泛紅和脫皮。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-vs">玻尿酸 VS 神經醯胺</h2>



<p>玻尿酸屬於「保濕因子」，神經醯胺屬於「脂質」，最大的差別在於玻尿酸是補水，神經醯胺則是防禦水分流失、穩定肌膚狀態。<br><br>玻尿酸容易被吸收且最不易致敏，補水快且抓水力強，但若要使其完全發揮效用，必須有其他非身體原本的水份使其吸收。例如剛洗完臉，趁皮膚有水分時使用添加玻尿酸的保養品，使其抓水；接續以乳液或乳霜等油脂成分建立起一道鎖水屏障，避免玻尿酸直接接觸空氣而水分蒸發，以達到有效保濕。<br><br>但假若肌膚角質層的防禦力已出現問題時，只使用玻尿酸加強保濕是不夠的，可補充神經醯胺強化角質防禦，阻擋水分蒸發。</p>

<p>都市人習慣晚睡早起，長期處於睡眠不足的狀態，導致眼下方的血液循環不順暢，而眼底下更有血管透出，所以看起來就青青的。</p>

<p>不論是春夏秋冬，面對猛烈陽光，防曬都是相當重要的！當大家沒有做好防曬措施，或是經常捽眼，會令眼角四周的角質層變厚，導致色素沉澱，甚至出現眼紋。</p>

<p>隨年紀增長，女士們的臉部肌膚會慢慢變得鬆弛。而黑色黑眼圈是源於皮膚骨膠原的流失及積聚脂肪，令眼周皮膚變薄及不再緊緻。</p>

<p><strong>吸煙：</strong>吸煙會刺激眼睛造成結膜及眼眶充血現象，尼古丁的成分也會造成肌膚老化與暗沉。<br></p>



<p><strong>甲狀腺功能低下：</strong>甲狀腺出現問題後，眼睛浮腫、黑眼圈都會出現。<br></p>

<p><strong>蕃茄：</strong>蕃茄的茄紅素可保護血管並促進血液循環，改善血管型黑眼圈。<br></p>



<p><strong>青瓜：</strong>青瓜富含多種抗氧化成分，例如葫蘆素及牡荊素。當中的維他命Ｃ及Ｋ，亦有助淡化黑色素沉澱。<br></p>



<p><strong>芝麻：</strong>芝麻中豐富的維他命E，有助滋養眼球及眼肌，防止黑眼圈的形成。<br></p>
