<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>潤肺湯水1：木瓜雙耳湯</strong></h4>



<p>木瓜湯是十分適合秋冬季節飲用的湯水，木瓜本身味道甘甜，更有祛晶解渴及潤肺止咳等功效。</p>



<p>材料：<br>木瓜 ½個<br>雪耳 1個<br>木耳 100克<br>栗子 100克<br>蓮子 30克<br>生熟薏米 20克<br>水 2公斤<br>鹽 適量</p>



<p>烹調步驟：</p>



<ol><li>將雪耳用水浸軟備用，木瓜去皮去籽，切塊備用，其他材料清洗乾淨。</li><li>用大火將水煲滾，再加入蓮子及生熟薏米，煲四分鐘。</li><li>放入木瓜、雪耳、鮮木耳及栗子。</li><li>將火轉為小火煲煮一小時，再加入適量鹽即可飲用。</li></ol>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>潤肺甜湯2：山藥木耳雪蓮湯</strong></h4>



<p>山藥木耳雪蓮湯性質温和，味道帶有微甜，適合飯後飲用，滋潤脾胃。</p>



<p>材料：<br>山藥 1.5 – 2斤<br>木耳 適量<br>紅棗 適量<br>紅蘿蔔粒 適量<br>熟雪蓮子 適量<br>香菇 適量<br>枸杞 適量</p>



<p>烹調步驟：</p>



<ol><li>將經冷凍的木耳放入鍋內，加入適量、紅棗及枸杞。<strong></strong></li><li>將山藥切成適合大小，放入湯鍋。<strong></strong></li><li>用大火將山藥煮軟，再加入雪蓮子、冷凍紅蘿蔔粒，再較成慢火煲煮。<strong></strong></li><li>將木耳蒸軟，加入湯鍋，再加入已切塊的香菇，用慢火煲煮30分鐘便可。<strong></strong></li></ol>
