<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">折解頸紋成因</h2>



<p>頸部的肌肉和骨頭，每日必須支撐4至5kg重的頭部，頸紋產生的成因有很多，分別是：<br>1.  駝背、長期低頭看手機、坐姿不良的生活習慣，令頸部產生橫向皺紋。<br>2.  我們可以上下左右自由地轉動頸部，頸部皮膚亦會比其他身體部位更加容易鬆弛。<br>3.  頸紋越來越深的原因，是紫外線。紫外線入侵皮膚後會破壞膠原蛋白，因而產生細微的皺紋。<br>4.  隨住年齡增長，頸部肌膚的膠原蛋白、彈力蛋白會逐漸減少，導致肌膚老化而出現皺紋。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">經絡按摩抗衰老？</h2>



<p>韓國皮膚管理講師鄭智恩提出，透過經絡按摩，可以淡化頸紋抗衰老，不過按摩前要注意：<br>1. 先洗臉，再塗上乳霜或精油。<br>2. 建議用手按摩，因為如果使用工具來按摩頸部，可能會因力度過大而破壞微血管。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1"><strong>步驟1</strong></h3>



<p id="h-10-20">頸的左右兩邊，分別用雙手往下推壓10次，兩邊加起來共20次。此動作可以促進淋巴循環。</p>

<p>將頸部由上至下，劃分成4部分。之後從頸部最下方開始，從下往上、從右往左，用大拇指和食指或中指，捏住肌膚往旁邊拉，用捏按肌膚來刺激筋膜，共拉4次。</p>

<p>將頸部以縱向分成左、中、右三部分，每個部分用雙手快速往上推壓10次，共推壓30次。完成按摩後，用濕毛巾清潔頸部。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--5"><strong>鍛鍊臉部肌肉</strong></h3>



<p>臉部按摩有助鍛鍊並放鬆臉部肌肉，像維持身材般，維持不鬆垮、緊緻的臉部線條。於家中每兩至三日進行一次經絡按摩，跟運動一樣，持之以恆三個月後會見到成效。而按摩時不建議「乾手」按摩，因為會拉傷肌膚，按摩時要配搭按摩油或頸霜，才能達到去紋的效果。</p>

<p id="tw-target-text">法令紋是鼻翼兩側跟臉頰中間輕微凹陷的紋路，法令紋會隨住面部肌肉的牽動與老化等原因逐漸加深。由於法令紋在面部中間，佔據了重要的位置，這也是為甚麼嘴邊兩條深深的法令紋，令人看起來格外顯老。

<p>唇周的肌肉是繞住嘴巴周圍走，呈現輪狀結構，因此唇周肌肉會隨住唇周的郁動而往內拉扯、收縮，但同時臉頰的肌肉是向外牽動及向上提升，所以當唇周跟臉頰肌肉內外互相拉扯時，就會形成法令紋。當我們說話、咀嚼、有表情動作時，都會拉扯到這部位的肌肉。<br><br>每個人都有法令紋，法令紋一開始是隱性的動態紋，即隨住表情動作時會出現的紋路，但隨住肌肉拉扯時間，久而久之變成靜態紋，即不做表情也會出現的紋路。法令紋變深大多是後天造成，法令紋可分成3類，分別是「老化型」、「肌肉型」及「凹陷型」。 </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1">1. 老化型</h3>



<p>隨住年齡增長，膠原蛋白流失速度加快，肌肉鬆弛、臉部組織的支撐性變差後，就出現蘋果肌下垂、輪廓線消失等老化問題，慢慢形成皺紋，進而加深法令紋。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2">2. 肌肉型</h3>



<p>有人會稱法令紋為笑紋，我們的面部有許多組表情肌，而擺出表情時，往往會牽動到面部肌肉的收縮，若經常擠眉弄眼、大笑，或者擺出誇張的表情，就有機會過度拉扯面部肌肉，令細紋變多，長久下來，有可能加深法令紋。</p>

<p>天生臉部輪廓立體的人，容易有凹陷型法令紋，例如顴骨、上顎突出，法令紋就會相對較深。另外，變胖、水腫會使臉部更為圓潤，法令紋也會因此變得更加深。</p>

<p>大部份的肌膚問題都由紫外線引起，法令紋亦不例外。如平日缺乏防曬的習慣，紫外線和空氣中的污染物就會加速肌膚老化的速度，阻礙皮膚正常的新陳代謝，使面部老化角質堆積，引發各種肌膚問題，同時加快膠原蛋白流失，令面部肌肉鬆弛、皮膚細織彈性不在，繼而形成表皮的凹陷，產生明顯的法令紋。</p>

<p>法令紋也會受基因遺傳影響，除了遺傳自父母外，有人可能是因為先天面部骨骼發展的關係，例如鼻翼基底凹陷、上下顎咬合不正、顴骨位置較高等，導致法令紋位置特別容易凹陷，更易長出法令紋。</p>

<p>想要避免法令紋變深，或是提前預防法令紋出現，由生活習慣開始做起。<br><strong>1. 做足防曬、保濕</strong><br>想要延緩肌膚老化，平時一定要做好防曬，避免肌膚受到紫外線的侵害。同時亦要注重保濕，避免肌膚乾燥，有助維持肌膚的健康。</p>

<p><strong>2. 不要大力拉扯肌膚</strong><br>不要做出會過度拉扯臉部肌肉的表情，例如抿嘴、大笑等。</p>

<p><strong>3. 維持體態</strong><br>管理體重、規律運動、進行按摩，以及清淡飲食，預防凹陷型的法令紋。<br><strong>4. 使用抗衰老保養</strong><br>透過使用抗衰老保養品延緩老化，維持肌膚彈性，提前預防細紋加深。</p>

<p id="h--4"><br><strong>1. 向上拉提法：</strong>以指節從法令紋外側（鼻翼兩側）往太陽穴的方向輕輕向上拉提，反覆多次，有助於撫平紋路。</p>

<p><strong>2. 打圈按摩法：</strong>由下往上打圈按摩法令紋位置，有助放鬆臉部肌肉。</p>

<p><strong>3. 加壓按摩法：</strong>雙手張開，將食指與拇指側面的手掌輪廓（即虎口），放在法令紋的位置， 拇指貼住下巴，頭微微向前傾，利用頭部的重量向下按壓2次，可刺激臉部穴道，促進血液循環。</p>

<p><strong>4. 按壓唇周：</strong>用中指及無名指指腹，按壓整個唇周，依次序按壓人中、嘴角上方、嘴角旁、嘴角下方及唇下，來回數次。</p>

<p><br><strong>步驟一：</strong>將食指放在顴骨下方，上嘴唇開始鼓氣，重複做75秒。</p>
