<p>很多人都以為女生只會在月經來潮那幾天感到不適，其實約8成女生都有過 經前症候群 (PMS)症狀，即是經期前約3至10日開始感到各種心理及身理的各種不適，例如情緒大起大落、特別容易疲累等，由於受到體內的雌性荷爾蒙分泌影響，很多女生都經歷過以下9個PMS症狀。  </p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading">01 心情煩躁</h4>



<p>在月經來之前，受到荷爾蒙影響會導致情緒不穩、煩躁易怒，很容易陷入憂鬱，  並伴隨著焦慮、集中力下降等情況。 </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">02 水腫</h4>



<p>由終荷爾蒙黃體酮上升，女生在月經前容易水腫，包括面部、四肢、腹部等都會感到腫漲。  </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">03 體溫偏高</h4>



<p>經前症候群發生在經前一兩週，正值排卵後到月經來潮之間的黃體期，體溫會上升0.3-0.5度左右，部分人更會出現發燒症狀。  </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">04 胸部漲痛</h4>



<p>因為經前的荷爾蒙分泌旺盛，女生體內的雌激素和催乳激素明顯上升，因此會感受到明顯的乳房漲大及腫痛。  </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">05 腹瀉</h4>



<p>很多女生在經期前後便秘或者肚瀉，或明顥的腸胃不適。在生理期前，子宮分泌大量前列腺素，會促進腸胃蠕動， 造成腹瀉、大便稀爛等問題。 </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">06 生暗瘡</h4>



<p>在經期前飲食應該要盡量清淡，因為這段時間身體內的黃體素增高，導致油脂分泌旺盛，再吃重口味及油炸食物會更容易生暗瘡！</p>

<p>無論睡多久還是會覺得很累，特別容易疲倦，原因是身體分泌大量黃體素，讓人精神下降。</p>

<p>每逢月經前幾天變得特別能吃，食慾明顯增強，但要小心控制食糧，以免導致發胖。 </p>

<p>頭痛通常還會伴隨頭暈、心悸等症狀，而日常生活壓力過大及緊張都會加劇頭痛。</p>
