<p>糖尿病 是十大亞洲死亡殺手之一，全球每6秒有一人死於 糖尿病 相關疾病。根據政府數據顯示，近70多萬港人患有糖尿病，每10個糖尿病患者有8個屬於肥胖。事實證明，一個人同時患有 糖尿病 與肥胖的話，身體機能會漸漸變差，長期來講會帶來腎臟、神經、眼睛等處的病變，而心臟病變、心血管變化、周邊血管疾病的機率也會增加。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-6">6招遠離 糖胖症</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1">1. 自我監測血糖水平</h3>

<p>透過「拮手指」，定期監察血糖，量度包括空腹血糖﹑餐前及餐後兩小時的血糖數值，空腹血糖維持4-6mmol/L，餐後兩小時血糖低於8mmol/L。</p>

<p>每日至少30分鐘中等強度運動，以控制體重，亞洲人理想體重指標(BMI)為18.5-22.9kg /m2。同時亦要定期量度腿圍及避免有大肚腩，以減低中央肥胖機會。</p>

<p>維持定時定量及三低一高 (低糖﹑低鹽﹑低油及高纖維) 的飲食習慣，每餐進食適量的碳水化合物，再進食任何食物前要仔細閱讀食品標籤，避免誤墜「低糖」陷阱和「隱藏醣分」如水果﹑藥材等食物。</p>

<p>日常生活中壓力隨處可見，有可能因為工作﹑家庭，甚至金錢而產生壓力。壓力會影響新陳代謝更新，身體中的腎上腺會產生「壓力性荷爾蒙」可體頌，令血糖和血壓上升，嘗試尋找適合自己的生活方式，好好放鬆一下。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-5">5. 定期接受糖尿病併發症檢查</h3>

<p>建議每隔一至兩年做一個詳細身體檢查，包括驗血檢測﹑檢測微蛋白尿﹑監測糖尿眼病﹑測試足部血管及神經線病變皮膚受損、潰瘍情形﹑量度血壓﹑量度身高及體重。</p>
