<p class="has-normal-font-size">糕點之最年糕使用糯米粉、粘米粉及糖製造，而椰汁年糕更含有高飽和脂肪的椰汁、椰子油，非常邪惡！可以說是高糖、高脂、高膽固醇的「三高」食品。</p>

<p>煎蘿蔔糕作為人氣糕點之一，採用了臘肉、臘腸等高脂兼高膽固醇，以及高鈉材料製成，食得多不但會導致鈉含量超標，還會引起水腫問題，影響血壓。</p>
