<p style="font-size:18px">1.95米（6呎3吋）的謝高晉成為歌手前曾是一名 籃球 員，身高得天獨厚的他曾經也因為訓練而受傷。雖然不同球類運動都有勞損風險，但 打籃球 可能是眾多球類運動中最易受傷的活動之一，到底為什麼？而那些部位受傷風險最高？由《原來生活好快樂》「運動魔法」嘉賓物理治療師劉建榮Wing Sir為大家講解。</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">Wing Sir指，一般 籃球 員的腳踝及膝蓋等關節部位會比較容易受傷或造成勞損；除此之外因為 籃球 需同時運用手部及下肢，手指、肩膊、手肘扭傷，甚至脫臼也相當常見，並不會局限於下身關節部位。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>身高較高≠優勢更高</strong></h4>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">另外，籃球總被視為是「高個子的運動」，普遍認為身高較高更有優勢；那麼身高較高，是否也會少些身體磨、不易受傷？Wing Sir表示，其實籃球除了講求身高優勢，彈跳力、速度、敏捷度等技術性條件也相當重要；至於身高較高就比較不易受傷的說法並不成立。</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">橡筋帶運動除了可以鍛鍊肌肉耐力、改善身體協調，還可以用作復健腦用途，同時舒緩肌肉疼痛；加上因為橡筋帶運動普遍比較簡單易操作，大家也可試在家中進行。Wing Sir提醒初學者選購時可先試用選張力不太厲害的橡筋帶，而橡筋帶一般以顏色區分：淺色代表張力愈輕，深色代表強度較高，綠色則是中間，供大家參考。</p>
