<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">節瓜水分含量高</h2>



<p>首先，節瓜是水分含量較高的蔬菜，有助補充我們身體流失的水分。節瓜亦含有豐富的膳食纖維及鉀質。膳食纖維可有助促進腸道蠕動，幫助排便，預防便秘，同時亦有助增加飽肚感。鉀質則有助排走體內多餘的鈉質，有去水腫之效。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">蝦米鈣質豐富</h2>



<p>今次加入了鮮味十足的蝦米一起煮，非常適合在這個炎熱的夏天時食用。蝦米含有豐富的蛋白質及礦物質，例如鈣質，能有助鞏固骨骼健康，減低日後患上骨質疏鬆症及發生骨折的機會。不過需要留意因蝦米屬於甲殼類食物，所以對此類食物敏感的人士應避免食用。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">節瓜蝦米肉碎煮粉絲</h2>



<p><strong>材料：</strong></p>



<p>節瓜1個<br>蝦米（預先浸軟）1湯匙<br>瘦豬肉碎150克<br>龍口粉絲1扎<br>脫脂雞湯250毫升<br>蒜頭（切蓉）2瓣<br>薑2片</p>



<p><strong>醃料：</strong></p>



<p>生抽半湯匙<br>糖1茶匙<br>胡椒粉少許<br>生粉1茶匙</p>



<p><strong>做法：</strong></p>



<p>1.用水將粉絲浸軟。<br>2.瘦肉碎用醃料醃15分鐘。<br>3.用小刀將節瓜表面的皮刮乾淨。<br>4.將節瓜切成絲。<br>5.燒熱鑊，加入少許油，爆香蒜頭，薑片及蝦米。<br>6.加入瘦肉碎炒至半熟。<br>7.加入節瓜及雞湯，蓋上鑊蓋，煮大約10分鐘。<br>8.最後加粉絲，煮大約2分鐘直至粉絲完全軟身，即成。</p>
