<p><strong>材料</strong>︰紫蘇葉15克，生薑3片，雞蛋1隻，瘦肉一塊。</p>



<p><strong>煮法︰</strong>將水煲滾，先將生薑、瘦肉放入，用大火煲10分鐘，再加入雞蛋，再轉文火煲30分鐘，最後5分鐘放入紫蘇葉，加入食鹽調味就可。</p>



<p><strong>功用︰</strong>‧紫蘇葉辛溫，發汗解表，行氣寬中，解魚蟹毒；</p>



<p>　　‧生薑辛溫，可解表，溫中散寒，溫胃止嘔；</p>

<p>秋季氣候既乾且涼，寒性收引，機體陽氣無力推動血液運行致瘀血加重；或燥邪傷陰，令血黏稠度上升致血液運行欠暢而見瘀血症狀加重。因此，血瘀體質人士在秋季期間宜同時活血養、養陰理氣。常見食材包括：黑豆、紫菜、太子參、雪耳、豬肉、桃仁等。</p>

<p>氣鬱質人士總是容易受驚，這跟他們長期精神抑鬱有關。氣鬱質人士經常煩悶不樂，容易忘東忘西，多會伴隨常嘆氣，影響到消化症狀，如：打飽嗝，或咽間有異物感，食欲減退。在日照時間較短的秋天，氣鬱質人士深受影響。</p>

<p>氣鬱質主要表現為肝鬱氣滯，身體多表現為胃腸道氣滯，胃腹頂脹，脅肋乳房脹痛，甚或經常偏頭痛、頭昏腦脹等，內在多見氣鬱影響情響鬱結，情緒不穩定，失眠等問題。<br></p>



<p><br>秋天日照時間大大縮短，昏暗天色容易引起人負面情緒，對於氣鬱人士更甚。加上秋天的乾燥天氣，皮膚和身體的不適更會讓人煩躁。</p>

<p><strong>材料</strong>︰胡椒適量，排骨一兩，豬肚一個。</p>



<p><strong>煮法︰</strong>把胡椒放入豬肚中，再用竹籤串起。排骨先斬件，再將排骨和豬肚一起汆水。先將水煲滾，加入排骨，再放入豬肚，蓋上煲1.5hr，最後加入食鹽調味。</p>



<p><strong>功用︰</strong>‧胡椒辛熱，溫中散寒，下氣消痰；</p>

<p>陰虛是血虛的進一步，指體內陰液不足，無法滋養身體，容易出現虛火症狀。陰虛體質的人形體普遍偏瘦削，常見症狀包括：手足心熱、煩躁、口鼻咽乾等症狀。</p>

<p>秋燥時份可以多飲水，一來補充身體水分，減少燥邪傷身，亦可減少皮膚和咽喉乾燥不適，同時多飲水亦可避免身體水腫。因為害怕水腫而減少飲水量，這是一個普遍人的誤解，因為飲水量少，身體反而會發出警號，擔憂會有脫水危機而進行鎖水，盡量減少水液排走和留失，結果反而會令到水腫情況更甚。</p>

<p>秋燥時滋補降燥、溫補，對於濕熱質人士來說，需要平衡兩邊燥濕得宜，寒溫調息，切忌只為對亢秋燥而忘卻自身體質的兩極。當痰濕體質人士痰濕積聚化熱，亦可能發展成為濕熱體質。<br></p>

<p>要達到「滋而不膩，不致礙胃，阻生痰濕」的效果，滋補潤燥時要多注意加入健脾胃食材，運化脾胃水液，以免聚濕成痰。同時，用料上要避免溫補之品，身體濕熱原本受秋涼降溫，調節平衡較佳，因而進補時不宜過份偏溫性。<br></p>

<p><strong>材料</strong>︰雪梨一個，玉竹一兩，瘦肉一塊。</p>



<p><strong>煮法︰</strong>將材料洗淨備用。將水煲滾，放入材料，用大火煲10分鐘，再轉文火煲30分鐘，最後加入食鹽調味。</p>



<p><strong>功用︰</strong>雪梨性涼，味甘微酸，清燥潤肺，生津止渴；</p>

<p>秋燥時份可以多飲水，一來補充身體水分，減少燥邪傷身，亦可減少皮膚和咽喉乾燥不適，同時多飲水亦可避免身體水腫。因為害怕水腫而減少飲水量，這是一個普遍人的誤解，因為飲水量少，身體反而會發出警號，擔憂會有脫水危機而進行鎖水，盡量減少水液排走和留失，結果反而會令到水腫情況更甚。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">第一防：防秋燥</h2>



<p>中醫認為，「燥」為秋季的主氣，稱為「秋燥」。秋燥容易傷津液，令人出現津氣乾燥的症狀，如鼻咽乾燥、乾咳少痰、皮膚乾燥等。有些人的鼻腔黏膜更被冷空氣的刺激，而出現不適應，常發生傷風、感冒、流鼻涕等情況，這些也是「秋燥」症狀。</p>



<p><strong>養生要訣</strong>：</p>



<p>1.適量地加入一些健脾潤肺的食材，如杏仁、百合、雪耳等。<br>2.多吃滋陰養肺潤燥的生果，如楊桃、梨、蘋果等。<br>3.減少進食辛辣食物。</p>

<p>因應不同季節，人體會作出相應的自然生理反應，經過一段時間的調整後，相應現象會自然地消除。秋乏，泛指秋季期間感到疲乏，容易令人感到懶洋洋。原來在中醫學角度，秋乏是彌補盛夏帶來人體損耗的反應，是一個體內自我恢復陰陽平衡的過渡性現象。</p>



<p><strong>養生要訣</strong>：</p>



<p>1.睡眠要充足。<br>2.切勿太夜睡。<br>3.適當運動，如散步、行山等。</p>

<p>1.適時增添衣服。<br>2.出外時，不妨帶備輕便外套，以備不時之需。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1">1.<strong>甘草桂花茶</strong></h2>

<p><strong>材料：</strong>桂花10克、甘草少許</p>



<p><strong>做法：</strong>將桂花和甘草放入杯中。用滾水沖泡，焗5分鐘後即可飲用。</p>



<p><strong>功效：</strong>甘草補脾益氣，清熱解毒、祛痰止渴，同時亦有抗炎及抗過敏功用，對咽喉發炎有保護作用。然而甘草有振奮心臟的功能，心律不正及高血壓人士應盡量避免。而桂花溫補陽氣、排毒美白、止咳化痰、養生潤肺，而桂花香都可以改善口氣。兩者合用可舒暢精神，平衡神經系統。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong>乾牛蒡絲30克、枸杞子12粒</p>



<p><strong>做法：</strong>把全部材料裝入茶包袋，用滾水沖泡，焗10分鐘後飲用。</p>



<p><strong>功效：</strong>牛蒡降血脂、降血壓、通便、預防膽結石，能夠清血排毒、美顏養生。搭配枸杞子，可以強筋壯骨、促進新陳代謝、預防貧血，糖尿病人也適合飲用。</p>

<p><strong>功效：</strong>丹參可活血去瘀、滋潤皮膚，亦有很好的護腦強心功效；菊花有助清熱解毒，改善皮膚乾燥、暗沉斑點及搔癢等問題。兩者同用，可減輕黑眼圈，舒緩肝火眼痛。因丹參活血，如有長期使用抗凝血劑藥物，就要避免使用，另外，孕婦亦不宜飲用，以免流產。</p>

<p><strong>做法：</strong>將玉竹和西洋參放入杯中。用滾水沖泡，焗5至10分鐘。隔渣後加蜂蜜飲用。</p>



<p><strong>功效：</strong>玉竹止咳滋潤、養陰潤燥，可紓緩乾咳、喉嚨痕、皮膚乾等症狀。西洋參則可以靜心除煩，清熱補氣，二者泡茶可以有效地緩解秋冬乾燥帶來的內火，補氣生津，對氣虛陰虧有很好的滋養功效，亦可以增強自身免疫力。</p>

<p><strong>功效：</strong>眾所周知玫瑰可以美容養顏、通經活絡、調理脾胃，且能舒發體內鬱氣，起到鎮靜、抗抑鬱的作用，不過月經期間血量多的女性要少喝。除此之外，玫瑰更可軟化血管，對於心腦血管，高血壓，心臟病有顯著療效。薄荷具有抗炎鎮痛、抗病毒、抗氧化等功效，還可以改善成年人的記憶力。</p>

<p><strong>做法：</strong>將合歡花、紅棗和冰糖一起放入杯中，加入滾水，加蓋後焗10分鐘，即可代茶飲用。</p>



<p><strong>功效：</strong>合歡花具有解鬱安神的功效，主治心神不安，憂鬱煩惱，幫助對抗抑鬱焦慮情緒。紅棗養心血、養顏美容，對於安神也頗有助益。兩味共同具有安神定志之效，對失眠健忘以及神經衰弱有很不錯的治療作用，特別是對由心血不足所造成的情緒困擾有一定的改善作用，有助睡眠。</p>

<p><strong>做法：</strong>把全部材料放入杯中，用滾水沖泡，焗5分鐘後即可飲用。</p>



<p><strong>功效：</strong>黃芪具有很好的益氣健脾補肺的作用，可增強身體抵抗力、抗疲勞。茉莉花清熱解毒、理氣解鬱，亦可抗菌消炎。兩者做成的茶，可以預防電腦輻射對人體的損害，消除電磁波誘發癌症的幾率。</p>





<p>著名中醫專家楊力教授認為，人一天喝3杯茶最合適，並列出了一個每天最佳的喝茶養生時間表。第一杯是早茶，適合早飯後9點到10點飲用，早茶最宜選花茶，可以起到提神、排毒、抗疲勞的作用，是3杯茶中最重要的。第二杯是午茶，在午飯或午覺後的1點到3點飲用最好。午茶可以適當濃一些，能夠降低血脂，保護血管。第三杯是晚茶，適合晚飯後6點到7點喝，有降血脂、助消化的功效。楊力表示，紅茶最適合晚上喝，因為發酵茶的咖啡因含量低，對睡眠影響小。寒性體質的人可以多喝紅茶，它溫中驅寒，對胃寒、手腳發涼、體弱、愛拉肚子的人較有用。另外，晚上8點後應儘量不再喝茶。</p>
