<p id="h-">根據研究顯示，男士的 脫髮 危機遠高於女士，而男士「M字額」及「地中海」等禿頭現象有年輕化趨勢。當中大部分個案都屬於先天性遺傳脫髮，患者更可能從年少時期開始脫髮，由太陽穴及頭頂開始掉髮，髮線逐慚向後移，髮量變得愈來愈稀疏，最後變成局部禿頭或全禿。</p>

<p>營養攝取不均衡亦是造成頭髮稀疏的主因之一，特別是缺乏蛋白質及鐵質。由於頭髮主要由蛋白質組成，若飲食當中沒有足夠的蛋白質，不但會影響髮質機會，更會造成頭髮容易折斷、脫髮等問題。</p>

<p>脫髮 有可能是頭皮受感染或皮膚受損所致，若頭皮毛囊分泌過多油脂，通常會伴隨頭皮屑、頭皮油膩，導致堵塞毛囊，並影響營養的吸收。使用不適合的洗頭水、護髮素或造型產品都可能造成頭皮敏感。若情況持續，髮質便會開始變得稀疏纖細，並逐漸出現脫髮問題。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">01 家族遺傳性禿頭</h4>



<p>根據研究顯示，男士的脫髮危機遠高於女士，而男士「M字額」及「地中海」等禿頭現象有年輕化趨勢。</p>

<p>當中大部分個案都屬於先天性遺傳脫髮，患者更可能從年少時期開始脫髮，由太陽穴及頭頂開始掉髮，髮線逐慚向後移，髮量變得愈來愈稀疏，最後變成局部禿頭或全禿。</p>

<p>營養攝取不均衡亦是造成頭髮稀疏的主因之一，特別是缺乏蛋白質及鐵質。</p>

<p>由於頭髮主要由蛋白質組成，若飲食當中沒有足夠的蛋白質，不但會影響髮質機會，更會造成頭髮容易折斷、脫髮等問題。</p>

<p>脫髮有可能是頭皮受感染或皮膚受損所致，若頭皮毛囊分泌過多油脂，通常會伴隨頭皮屑、頭皮油膩，導致堵塞毛囊，並影響營養的吸收。</p>
