<p class="has-normal-font-size">Wing Sir指，其實每項運動都有不同技巧，需因應個人能力及技巧決定運動長度。加上 健身 器材提供調節功能，大家進行 健身 之前可配合個人身體所需調節。</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">Wing Sir更提醒，不少人因疫情近月大大減少運動量，如果已有一段時間停止運動，重拾運動習慣時應避免一下子加大強度，反而應循序漸進，以免引起勞損。</p>
