<p>Coffee建議選擇一些下面有三角檔位設計的瑜伽褲，這個設計能大大減少下體現形的問題。另外腰身至恥骨位置長度﹑褲子的質地和厚薄的程度都會有一定的影響，她建議大家選擇瑜伽褲的時候可以嘗試不同的品牌。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2">2. 避免內褲現形</h2>

<p id="h--2">瑜伽褲顏色的深淺度並不會影響到內褲現形，重點是內褲的顏色。Coffee提醒穿淺色瑜伽褲時應避免穿深色的內褲，選擇近膚色無痕的內褲，可避免看到內褲顏色和減少尷尬。另外她會選擇大一個尺碼的內褲，盡量不會勒到臀部，避免臀部變形。</p>

<p>有些瑜伽褲腰間位置有橡筋，這些款式容易令腰部出現擠肉，Coffee建議挑選沒有橡筋頭的瑜伽褲，令到小腹位置包覆性提高，身體線條更明顯。</p>

<p>部分女生腳較短，甚至有五五身，Coffee表示可以選擇高腰的瑜伽褲拉長雙腳，視覺上顯得腿部更長。</p>

<p>避免選擇太鬆或太緊的瑜伽褲，應該挑選適合自己穿的瑜伽褲。太鬆的瑜伽褲穿起來因不貼身而出現一摺摺的情況；太窄太緊的瑜伽褲，腿部的肉會被勒到變成一節節。</p>

<p>Coffee表示自己是一個我行我素的人，不會在意旁人的目光，最重要的是自己覺得喜歡﹑開心和舒服，漂亮與否是由自己定義，只要覺得自己漂亮就可以。她指以瑜伽褲作為日常穿搭在外國是一件平常不過的事，很多明星都喜歡穿瑜伽褲逛街或放狗。</p>
