<p>外國健康網站<a href="https://www.health.com/condition/oral-health/best-and-worst-foods-for-your-teeth">《Health》</a>就保護琺瑯質列出多種應避免多吃的食物，這些食物更會溶解琺瑯質保護層，以致蛀牙，大家要節制了！</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">1. 柑橘類水果</h4>



<p>維他命C對身體好處多多，但對牙齒卻不然，2008年有研究顯示，含豐富維他命C的柑橘類水果，包括西柚、檸檬，由於酸性高，容易隨時間腐蝕琺瑯質，比較之下，橙汁對牙齒的損害則相對小。除非進食後立即刷牙，否則擁有 敏感牙齒 的大家便要考慮清楚了。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">2. 咀嚼糖果</h4>



<p>歌都有得唱：「我吃糖果，糖果吃牙。」拖肥糖、焦糖、果汁軟糖等耐嚼糖果，對牙齒的傷害特別大，因為愈黏牙，口腔細菌愈易累積在表面，細菌亦產生酸性物質，溶解琺瑯質保護層，形成蛀牙。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">3.硬糖</h4>



<p>硬糖需要長時間溶解，不少硬糖亦會加入檸檬酸，除了令口腔容易積細菌，產生酸性物質，損害琺瑯質保護層。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">4.蘇打水</h4>



<p>飲用帶糖份飲料固然會導致蛀牙，唔講唔知，飲糖份飲料比食糖更會損害牙齒，即使是Coke Zero，由於攝取檸檬酸和磷酸，亦會損害琺瑯質。如果閣下習慣飲梳打水，建議改成用餐時飲用，因食物可以中和酸成，亦可減少牙齒接觸酸的時間。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">5.運動飲料</h4>



<p>愛荷華大學研究人員於2008年進行實驗，將牙齒浸泡在不同飲料25小時，結棟發現檸檬味開特力（Gatorade）、能量飲品紅牛、可樂及Coke Zero，對琺瑯質的磨損最嚴重。</p>

<p>除了以上 敏感牙齒 應避免多吃的食品，網站亦指出多渴水、芝士及高纖蔬菜都有助牙齒健康，大家不妨多吃。</p>
