<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">何為「中強度運動」？</h2>



<p>謝德新醫生認為每星期應進行最少150分鐘的中強度運動：「運動是身體最好的測試，例如有做開運動的病人，發現體能差了而檢查，從而及早發現身體的問題。」<br><br>謝德新醫生表示，劇烈運動並不適合所有人，因為需要一定的訓練，而且不太適合年紀大人士，又指做劇烈運動前，應先進行心臟評估。相反，中強度運動就比較適合大部分人士。</p>

<p><strong>如何計算目標心跳率？</strong><br>— 先計算最高心跳率：220-年齡<br>— 再將最高心跳率 x 運動強度百分比<br><br><strong>高心跳率：運動強度</strong><br>75%-90%：高強度運動<br>55%-74%：中強度運動</p>

<p>輕度運動：沒有氣喘<br>中強度運動：有氣喘，但仍可以邊運動邊說話<br>高強度運動：強烈氣喘，不能邊運動邊說話</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3">猝死有病徵？</h2>



<p>謝德新醫生表示，部分病人有病徵，不過容易忽略了或不承認。因此醫生建議35歲或以上、有其他風險人士、想進行劇烈運動人士，應進行心臟評估。<br><br>而每年因猝死死亡的比率，是每十萬人中，少過兩名，反而適當運動可減低死亡率30%，因此不應因為擔心猝死而不做運動。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--6">下巴頂住代表心臟缺血？</h2>



<p>謝德新醫生表示，下巴頂住可以是一個症狀，因缺血的痛楚可能反映於下巴位置。<br><br>另外，手麻痺、心口翳、氣喘、體能差等，亦是心臟病的病徵。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--7">猝死的成因？</h2>



<p>猝死有很多原因，年輕的患者，多是因為先天性心血管疾病。另外，Long QT（可引致心律失常的遺傳性疾病）、心肌肥厚、劇烈運動等，亦是引致猝死的原因。<br><br>至於年紀大的患者，多是因與冠心病血管硬化有關。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--8">冠心病患者如何運動？</h2>



<p>冠心病患者要避免高強度運動，可做中強度運動。<br><br>另外，通波仔後要暫停運動一個月。<br><br>心臟病發後，可能要休息三個月，之後由低強度運動開始，而且不建議之後進行劇激運動。<br><br>謝德新醫生推薦大家多做中強度運動，既安全又可持久進行。</p>
