<p>由於 無花果 含有硒質、花青素等抗氧化營養素，所以具有不錯的抗氧化能力，能有效清除體內的自由基，幫助保護身體組織。硒質還存在於免疫系統中，能調節免疫反應，有助保持身體抵抗力。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">黑麥比小麥更富營養</h4>



<p>帶有馥鬱香味的黑麥麵包，比起用小麥製作的麵包，雖然口感上沒有那麼鬆軟，不過營養價值卻略勝一籌。黑麥麵包的礦物質比較豐富，特別是鋅質，有利於增強免疫系統。黑麥中富含類黃酮，其抗氧化能力亦能減少體內的自由基，降低自由基對細胞的傷害。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">過量牛油果可致肥</h4>



<p>作為食物大熱的牛油果，含有豐富的優質營養素，例如對人體有益的不飽和脂肪。不過牛油果的脂肪含量較高，進食時需要控制分量，以免攝取過量脂肪。魷魚是補充蛋白質的優質來源，蛋白質有助體內的免疫細胞生長，幫助我們提升抵抗力。</p>

<p><strong>海鮮牛油果黑麥麵包配無花果</strong><br><strong>材料</strong>：<br>黑麥麵包2片<br> 無花果 1個<br>牛油果半個<br>魷魚圈4個</p>



<p><strong>調味料</strong>：<br>黑胡椒1茶匙<br>青檸汁2茶匙<br>鹽半茶匙<br>蒜頭1瓣</p>



<p><strong>做法</strong>：<br>1.無花果洗淨，切片備用。<br>2.將牛油果去皮、去核，再用叉子壓成泥，加入青檸汁、黑胡椒、鹽調味。<br>3.用少許油爆香蒜頭，加入魷魚圈翻炒，加入少許鹽調味。<br>4.將牛油果塗在黑麥麵包上，鋪上魷魚圈和 無花果 ，即成。</p>
