<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">節瓜多水高纖</h2>



<p>節瓜水分含量高，可以幫助我們補充身體流失的水分。它亦含有豐富的膳食纖維，有助促進腸道蠕動，幫助排便，預防便秘，同時亦有助增加飽肚感。節瓜亦含有豐富的鉀質，有助平衡體內的電解質，排走身體過多的鈉質，因此有去水腫的功效。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">鹹蛋間中進食無妨</h2>



<p>今次湯飯中亦加入了鹹蛋，每100克含有1,672毫克鈉質。根據世衛的建議，成人每日不應攝取多於2,000毫克的鈉質，而進食1隻中型鹹蛋（大約50克）便已經佔建議攝取量的大約四成，因此患有高血壓及腎病的人士需注意食用份量及次數。不過間中進食也無傷大雅的。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">節瓜鹹蛋肉片湯飯</h2>



<p><strong>材料</strong>：</p>



<p>節瓜1個<br>瘦肉100克<br>鹹蛋1隻<br>白飯1碗<br>薑2片<br>水500毫升</p>



<p><strong>醃料</strong>：</p>



<p>生抽2茶匙<br>糖1茶匙<br>紹興酒1茶匙<br>生粉1茶匙</p>



<p><strong>調味料</strong>：</p>



<p>鹽少許<br>胡椒粉少許</p>



<p><strong>做法</strong>：</p>



<p>1.瘦肉切片，用醃料醃15分鐘。<br>2.用小刀將節瓜表面的皮刮乾淨，然後切件。<br>3.將鹹蛋的蛋黃及蛋白分開。<br>4.煲滾水，加入薑片，節瓜，瘦肉片及鹹蛋黃，用中火煮大約15分鐘。<br>5.加入調味料及咸蛋白，拌勻。<br>6.加入白飯，拌勻，略煮，即成。</p>
