<p>不少減肥人士都會吃白烚雞胸，因為低脂肪而且蛋白質高，是減肥好夥伴。不過雞胸經烹調後會比較乾身，難入口。Joey早前就分享用慢煮法來烹調雞肉，低溫慢煮可以用較少油烹調，令肉質更鬆軟而不失健康。</p>

<p>GM Diet 主名為General Motors Diet，是由美國通用汽車公司 (General Motors) ，在美國食品藥品監督管理局及美國農業部協助下，所研發出的健康餐單。本來以提升員工健康及工作效率為目的，但後來發現減肥成效顯著，一星期可以減到4.5公斤。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>第1日｜水果</strong></h4>

<p>GM Diet  的首天，只可進食香蕉以外的任何水果，份量不限。水果種類建議為西瓜、哈密瓜、木瓜等高纖水果，增加飽肚感之餘，脂肪及熱量都相對較低。另外，大家應飲8至12杯水，幫助排清體內毒素。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>第2日｜蔬菜</strong></h4>

<p>在餐單的第2日中，大家只可吃煮熟的薯仔或走油蔬菜，如紅蘿蔔、豆類、番茄、生菜等，份量同樣沒有限制。第2天一般會開始感到虛弱，而餐單主要助你補充全日的能量、蛋白質，以及其他營養成份，如維他命及纖維等。不過，大家也要飲8至12杯水，協助排毒。</p>

<p>餐單第3天會以水果及走油蔬菜為主，除了香蕉和薯仔外，所有蔬果種類都可以進食。水果蔬菜皆富含纖維及不同營養素，有助令身體自我修復。同樣，也要記得飲8至12杯水！</p>

<p>喜愛吃香蕉的減肥人士，終於在第4日可以解禁！這天會以香蕉為主食，大約吃8至10隻，當中的果膠、鉀質可以為身體提供能量。另外，大家在這天要飲4杯牛奶，或以豆奶取代亦可。而減肥人士亦可將2種食物混合，製成香蕉奶昔。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>第5日｜番茄 + 糙米 + 白肉</strong></h4>

<p>踏入第5天，大家會吃一碗糙米，配合6個番茄及一份約500克的去皮白肉，如魚肉及雞肉。白肉主要為身體提供蛋白質，而魚肉更含Omega-3，補充身體重要元素，再以糙米協助消化。另外，這天大家要飲12至15杯。</p>

<p>到了 GM Diet 的第6天，大家會發現自己體重下降，而這天要吃一碗糙米、一份500克去皮雞肉，另外再配番茄薯仔外的走油蔬菜，並無限制份量。建議蔬菜的烹調方法最好以白灼或沙律，同樣不要配搭高脂醬汁。同樣，大家要記得飲大約8至12杯水，</p>

<p>踏入 減肥餐單 的尾聲，大家可吃一碗糙米，配任何蔬菜及果汁。飲用大量果汁可以助身體排毒，而其他蔬菜就可以提供一天能量。在完成整個餐單後，就會發現自己的體重下降大約10至17磅，即4至7公斤左右，效果十分顯著。</p>

<p>雖然 GM Diet 有效減脂減重，但也不是人人適用！大家使用時要衡量個人體質及身體狀況，如果你是孕婦、高血壓、糖尿病、心臟病或18歲以下人士，建議大家另尋減肥餐單或方法，亦不建議以上人士節食減肥。 </p>

<p>在短短3日內，頌樂的體重由46.5減至44.9，但由於她指自己比較晚睡，所以將午餐分開兩次吃，而大家可以因應自己平日的生活作息，調整用餐時間及餐單。</p>

<p>其實在選擇減肥方法前，應先考慮自己的體質。節食減肥只適合維持短時間，因為長時間節食有機會形成易胖體質，即當回復正常食量時，身體會因害怕缺乏糧食，而將攝取的熱量優先轉成脂肪，令身材容易發胖。</p>

<p>不少人以為減重下降等於瘦，但其實減重並不代表減肥。其實重量下降可代表2個情況，首先是減走肌肉量，當飲食不均衡又沒有運動習慣時，基礎代謝率或會下降，令肌肉組織消耗分解，肌肉量減少；第二是減走體內水分，很多產品都會借排宿便或拉肚子減肥，但其實會引致水分過度流失，只減走體內水分而非體內脂肪。因此，大家減肥千萬不要只看體重。</p>

<p><strong>食材：</strong><br>西柚　1/2個 <br>雞蛋　2個  <br>薄火雞片　3塊 </p>

<p><strong>做法：</strong><br>將雞蛋打成蛋漿，以中火預熱1茶匙的橄欖油，再倒入蛋漿，並炒至凝固後則可上碟，撒黑胡椒及幼鹽稍作調味便可。至於薄火雞片只需煎香即可上碟食用。 </p>

<p><strong>做法：</strong><br>先以蔬菜做沙律，再加入處理好的西柚。至於肉類建議吃魚肉，沒有限制烹調方式。 </p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>西柚可以抑制食慾</strong></h4>

<p>由於西柚富含抗氧化物，而且糖份及卡路里都偏低，加上食用纖維多，容易有飽足感。此外，當中更含有維他命C及鉀質，可以幫助降血壓。西柚更被稱為減肥必食水果，當中的酸性物質可助增加消化液，促進消化功能；而有研究指西柚可有效抑制食慾，令減肥人士不會攝取過多熱量。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>飲咖啡忌食西柚</strong></h4>

<p>雖然西柚減肥餐單十分見效，可在短短10日內，成功減掉11磅，但連詩雅亦提醒網友，進食西柚時不要飲咖啡，也不要吃白色蔬菜及含糖和澱粉食物，如甜品及麵包等。此外，西柚亦並非人人適用，如果是長期病患，需要服用藥物人士，建議另覓減肥餐單。由於西柚對不少藥物都會出現反應，有機會未能將有害毒素排除，或會引致藥物中毒。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">腰圍減7.7cm</h4>



<p>節目找來一位女生進行實測，須於每日3餐，進食前30分鐘先飲一杯蔬果汁，然後如常食正餐。實測1個月後，女生體重由57.9kg減至54.1kg，輕了3.8kg！腰圍更由79.2cm減至71.5cm，減了7.7cm，使用 蔬菜汁減肥 後，整個人明顯地瘦了，非精神奇。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">茄紅素超越沙律！</h4>



<p>營養師關口絢子解釋，蔬菜汁的茄紅素起了關鍵作用，總所周知，茄紅素有助減肥，皆因可令荷爾蒙脂聯素上升，以達致減磅效果，然而關口小姐表示，蔬菜汁經過加工工序後，大部分營養濃縮起來，更易被人體吸收。蔬菜汁的茄紅素含量有109μg，比起新鮮番茄高近4倍！原來一瓶小小的蔬菜汁可以帶來減肥效果， 蔬菜汁減肥 如此方便，啱晒一眾大忙人！</p>

<p>有時候買來的乳酪是一大罐的時候，一次過吃不完的話，都會把未吃完的乳酪放進雪櫃再冷藏。</p>

<p> 再冷藏的乳酪會分泌出淡黃色的水，這些水其實是活性乳酸菌「乳清分離」的正常現象，所以是不用擔心，可以繼續食用。</p>

<p> 但如果過了保質期﹑發現有像酒發酵的酸味，或是已經變色變硬的話，就千祈不要食用！因為這些情況都代表乳酪經已變質。</p>

<p>洪泰雄靠著自家的 減肥餐單 秘方，在4個月內減去17公斤，並紓緩了高血壓和高血脂的問題。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">1日食4餐！</h4>



<p>醫生引Salk Institute研究指出，集中進食時間都會令體重下降，他們曾以8名過重人士進行研究，發現原來進食長達16小時的他們，在持續16週約進食時間縮到10小時後，精神降低了，將進食少間集於8至10小時內，都是理想的減磅方法。</p>

<p>起床到中午，可飲大骨湯燃脂，打擊腹部脂肪，而大骨湯不論是雞骨抑或牛骨都可以熬湯，並加入蒜頭、洋蔥、芫荽及醋，慢火煮便可飲用。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">02. 午餐飲蛋白奶粉</h4>



<p>中午到下午1點，要飲用由草飼牛萃取而成的蛋白粉或膠原蛋白粉，以製作瘦身奶昔，補充可燃脂抗皺的膠原蛋白，亦可加兩份不含澱粉的蔬菜及藍莓，以及1份健康油脂。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">03. 晚餐前再飲蔬菜大骨湯</h4>



<p>傍晚6點至7點前，飲用蔬菜大骨湯滿足食慾，250ml至1L公升都可以，但湯裡需加入綠色菜葉，以促進腸道蠕動及去脹氣臃腫。<br></p>

<p>晚上6至7點前，可享受輕食全餐，晚餐要包含蛋白質、蔬菜、及1份油脂，另外亦要加入西柚及莓果，留意晚餐只可配水、菜或咖啡。</p>
