<p>觀賞球賽時，難免會吃零食、飲汽水及啤酒，而大多數零食，例如薯片、朱古力、果仁等，屬性都比較燥熱，食多了不僅容易熱氣，也會出現食滯的不適，例如胃脹胃痛、噁心嘔吐、食慾不佳等。如果在飲食無節制之外，再加上飲酒，因酒類屬性偏濕熱，更容易造成腸胃不適。</p>

<p>要解決陰虛內熱的問題，可從滋陰生津和清熱兩方面同時入手，常用的藥材有花旗參、沙參、玉竹、麥冬、蜂蜜等。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1">參麥蜂蜜茶（1人份量）</h2>



<p>材料：花旗參10克、麥冬10克、蜂蜜適量</p>



<p>做法：將花旗參及麥冬稍微沖洗一下。然後將所有材料放入保溫瓶。加入熱水，蓋上杯蓋焗約15分鐘。</p>



<p>功效：潤肺益氣、養陰生津清熱。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2">滋陰養心湯（2人份量）</h2>



<p>材料：山藥15克、南沙參12克、麥冬15克、玉竹15克、龍眼肉10克、百合30克、瘦肉300克（素食者可轉用腰果取替）</p>



<p>做法:先浸所有材料約 15分鐘，將所有材料放入鍋內，加入2000 毫升水，大火至水滾後轉細火煲大約1.5小時。</p>



<p>功效：滋陰養血，補心安神。</p>

<p>材料：炒山楂10克、炒麥芽15克、炒穀芽15克、陳皮6克</p>



<p>做法：先浸所有材料約 15分鐘，將所有材料放入鍋內，加入1000毫升水，中火煲30分鐘，即成。</p>



<p>功效：行氣消滯</p>

<p>此外，平時要注意多飲水，多吃蔬菜、水果，少食肉類、辛辣、煎炸刺激的食物，保持大小便暢通，均有助避免積熱上火。</p>

<p>建議在每次熬夜觀賽之後，下一晚就應該好好休息，不要連續通宵幾晚看球賽，避免長期休息不足，每晚要保持最少7-8小時的睡眠。</p>
