<p>在疫情爆發下， 不少 運動 愛好者日日留在家中，導致步行、外出運動的時間大幅減少。衞生署近日就提醒大家，在家中要適量 運動 ，避免久坐、少動，才能更有效對抗新型冠狀病毒肺炎。今次林德信及香港男子七人欖球代表隊成員姚錦成示範家居簡易運動，動作簡單適合新手，一同放鬆身心釋放壓力吧！</p>

<p>雙手放於地上，雙腿前後郁動。雙手再握着腳踭。盡力把肚臍貼近大髀。運動期間後背要會一直有拉扯的感覺，正是底層肌肉被放鬆。</p>
