<p>夏天將到，為了能穿上背心短褲，女士們都開始努力減肥。不過，相信很多人因減肥過程中的樽頸位而放棄。台灣節目《<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VILATZDs4HA">醫師好辣</a>》早前邀請不同界別的醫師，分享將個 飲食減肥 的小秘技。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading">1) <strong>減肥不是減重</strong></h4>



<p>腸胃科醫師蕭敦仁表示不少人減肥時，只留意體重數字，但其實真正要注意的是體脂率。坊間有不少減肥藥物或餐單不但無益，更無助於降低體脂。</p>

<p>它們只透過增加大小便，排走身體水份而減重，有機會導致脫水情況，而復胖機會亦很大。醫師更指減肥時應攝取適量鈉離子，保住體內的水份，以防脫水。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2) 吃食物不要吃食品</strong></h4>

<p>很多人減肥初期，都會選擇以控制飲食做起，不斷計算所攝取的熱量，卻忽視了食物的種類。外科醫師鍾雲霓指，某些加工食品雖然熱量低，但未能有助減肥，建議吃原形食物，可助燃燒多餘脂肪及熱量。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading">3) <strong>水份不可或缺</strong></h4>

<p>不少減肥人士會攝取大量纖維及控制油份，而營養師宋明樺指，一般人身體未必能快速適應，導致出現便秘問題，所以建議多喝水，助腸藏蠕動。蕭敦仁醫師更表示可以吃車前子通便。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading">4) <strong>攝取適量蛋白質</strong></h4>



<p>蛋白質對健身及運動人士十分重要，它有助防止流失肌肉量，甚至能修補皮膚、頭髮及指甲狀態，同時助維持正常經期。</p>

<p>外科醫生張博智勸喻減肥人士，不要因怕肥而拒絕食肉，因蛋白質對身體修復十分重要，若攝取不夠蛋白質，則難以燃燒脂肪。如真的不想吃肉，宋明樺建議可以食雞蛋及牛奶代替肉類。</p>
