<h4 class="wp-block-heading">護脊書包受力平均</h4>



<p>坊間有很多不同款式的護脊書包，用途是讓書包更靠近背部，令受力更為平均，正確使用有助保護孩子脊椎健康。甘醫師表示，這類書包可減少走動時，書包撞擊脊柱的機率，其卸力減壓設計，使較重的書包都可以緊靠背部，有助脊椎健康。</p>



<p>坊間有不少聲稱護脊的書包，究竟是否均有助脊椎健康？甘醫師說：「這不能一概而論，要視乎其他要點，例如書包要因應孩子身高、年紀、體重、脊柱狀況等因素。書包重量會影響小朋友受力和壓力，較理想的重量，為孩子體重的10-15%，低年級不要過750克，高年級不要過1,000克。 書包 最好有齊肩帶、胸帶、腰帶。」</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">大於三隻手指的闊度</h4>



<p>選購書包時，肩帶的闊度和厚度亦相當重要。甘醫師建議，闊度應大於小朋友三隻手指的闊度，一般而言，闊度大於50mm，厚度大於10mm，有助卸力。有墊的闊肩帶較有利小朋友脊椎生長，可減少皮膚磨損，亦有助重量分佈，以及令書包貼緊背部。<br>肩帶的長度一定要平衝，以防高低膊問題。因肩帶長短不一，會導致小朋友左右承受的力度不均，容易令背部兩邊的肌肉不鬆緊，有機會造成脊骨脊柱側彎。書包重心應在腿底部，有利受力。如果肩帶太短，重心會放錯在腰椎；如果太長，肩帶就再沒承托之用了。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">書包容量有年級之分</h4>



<p>很多時候，不同的團體會就學童書包作調查，普遍地反映時下有書包過重的現象。日日揹着「龜殼」返學，確實影響小朋友的脊骨健康。不同款式的書包，各有不同的容量，家長該如何為子女選擇一個合適容量足夠的書包？</p>



<p>甘醫師表示，一般書包款式都有高年班和低年班之分，低年班容量約14-15公升，而高年級約20公升，但如果小朋友背上書包後20分鐘，便出現肩腰膊痛，即代表書包過重。書包容量取決於孩子承重力問題，如果孩子先天已有一些脊柱問題或脊柱側彎，其承重力就會較差，家長要多加留意。 </p>
