<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-186">何謂「186斷食法」？</h2>



<p>「186斷食法」是間歇性斷食（Intermittent Fasting）的一種。這斷食法顧名思義，是指一天當中連續6小時可以進食，其他18小時則不能吃東西。直接不吃早餐，等到中午12時才進食，晚上6時前把晚餐吃完。晚上6時至翌日中午12時期間不能進食，這樣就斷食了18小時。</p>

<p>綜合網上資料，如想以「186斷食法」達致健康的瘦身效果，大家要留意以下幾點。</p>



<p><strong>食物選擇</strong>：選擇食物時，應以營養豐富為原則，穀物類、蔬菜、瘦肉、雞蛋等均是不錯選擇。</p>



<p><strong>小量多餐</strong>：為免血糖變得不穩定、增加飢餓感，進食時應以少量多餐。不得不提，每次份量毋須比平常多，否則可致間歇性斷食失效，甚至體重反彈。</p>

<p>近年流行不少斷食減肥法（Intermittent fasting），無論是那種斷食法，其減肥原理都是在斷食期間令體內的胰島素水平下降，讓胰臟分泌升糖素（Glucagon），從而消耗原本儲存在體內的能量和脂肪。進食時，身體會優先消化食物中的碳水化合物（醣類），把它們分解成糖，作為細胞主要能量來源。若長時間不進食，身體就會出現「生理性生酮反應」（Ketosis），繼而開始消耗儲存的脂肪。</p>



<p>但是，若按一般人傳統一日三餐的進食模式，兩餐之間的時間相距較短，或未能使體內的胰島素水平下降至令身體分泌升糖素的水平。因此透過斷食，讓身體空腹一段較長的時間，當體內的葡萄糖和肝醣都被消耗後，便會開始消耗脂肪，達致減肥效果。</p>

<p>並不是人人都適合進行斷食，如想進行斷食前，應先諮詢營養師或醫護人員的意見。 尤其是有些身體狀況，如高血壓、血糖水平異常、糖尿病、腎功能較弱、腸胃功能不好等，進行斷食時有可能會引起身體不適。</p>



<p>發育中的青少年和兒童亦不適合進行斷食，因為此階段正值身體需要充足營養，如果營養攝取不足，或會影響各方面的發展。控制飲食和多運動才是預防青少年肥胖的最好方法。</p>

<p>紫薯頭號粉絲的Sammi表示，紫薯的營養價值非常高，幾年前曾上載在短片分享吃紫薯的心得。原來她曾有一段時間停吃紫薯，有次在街市老闆送她一款從未見過的紫薯，其外形又瘦又長，外皮跟以前吃過的紫薯也是很淺色的，但蒸熟後，裏面的顏色卻是淺紫色，而以前吃的則很深紫色。究竟它是紫薯抑或紫番薯，她心裏充滿問號，直言有時也會混淆兩者。</p>

<p>想食紫薯但又怕吸收太多澱粉會肥？Sammi教大家一招：把紫薯蒸後先放雪櫃一晚，第二日取出再蒸熱食用。紫薯在冷凍後會產生抗性澱粉，令食用後減少吸收澱粉，攝取相對較少卡路里，而白飯亦可用同樣方法處理，少吸收澱粉質。</p>

<p>相信不少人都會把紫薯跟紫番薯混為一談，以為兩者同屬一物，畢竟兩者只是一字之差。其實它們大有不同。紫薯屬於甘薯類植物科目，通常外形較瘦長，頭尾會有一端會尖的。而紫番薯則屬番薯類植物科目，外形較短和肥大。價格方面，紫番薯比紫薯便宜很多。</p>

<p>柯佳嬿平日不但不太戒口，有時也吃零食，但每次份量都適可而止。均衡飲食永遠是健康王道，柯佳嬿亦堅守這健康飲食之道，值得一提，以原型食物為主，有利攝取不同食物的營養。</p>



<p>究竟她的飲食習慣有幾健康呢？大家不妨參考一下，去年年初她於IG限動發佈的「自然醒的食物原型大餐」，該餐全部都是零添加的食物，包括水煮蛋、藍莓、花椰菜、牛番茄等，並配上黑咖啡。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">何謂原型食物？</h2>



<p>原型食物（Whole foods）即接近食物原貌，沒有任何添加物、少加工，亦不是在工廠生產或製造出來的食物，所以一些添加糖的食物並不是原型食物。原型食物種類十分廣泛，新鮮蔬果、五穀雜糧等都是當中的表表者。舉些例子讓大家更明白，就是選擇馬鈴薯取代薯條、選擇肉片取代香腸、選擇堅取代堅果棒、選擇水果取代果汁等。</p>

<p>如果翻閱柯佳嬿社交平台的生活照，每次她所上載美食照片，不難找到生果的影子。香蕉更是拍戲期間的食物，不時出現在化妝間呢！曾惹來不少報道指她透過吃香蕉、黑咖啡來維持美好身形。傳言當晚她即時在社交平台澄清：「我沒有特別減肥瘦身，我本身就不易胖。」至於就香蕉減肥一事，她坦言自己很喜歡吃生果，而香蕉只是其中一種。</p>

<p>山下智久曾經分享過，他在嚴格進行飲食控制時，每天攝取的熱量會控制在1200大卡，同時執行無鹽飲食法，避免加工食品，幾乎都攝取原型食物，來減輕身體負擔，也能幫助健身增肌減脂效果。<br><br>為了讓肌肉線條在鏡頭前更明顯，他對自己的飲食控制非常嚴格，例如之前他在電影《明日之丈》出演拳擊選手，他努力將體脂從14%降到5%，體重更從62公斤減至53公斤。不論是胸肌、腹肌、背肌、二頭肌還是人魚線都十分完美！</p>
