<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">為消腫狂飲三罐咖啡</h2>



<p>「煨Sir」魏浚笙Jeffrey原來是出名的「咖啡精」，每日要飲一杯咖啡，除了起提神作用，工作得更有棈神之外，更重要的是可以去水腫。他曾在訪問透露以前試過空肚飲買三罐500毫升咖啡，令外型消腫減瘦，以達致更理想的拍攝效果。但一旦不飲咖啡的話，整日都非常頭痛。而現時他則轉飲齋啡，亦不會空肚飲。</p>

<p>翻查網上資料發現，不少營養師都認為咖啡對去水腫有一定的幫助，但飲用前，需留意一些事項。原來咖啡中的咖啡因，有效利尿，加速體內水分代謝，有助去水腫，亦能促進腸道蠕動。</p>

<p>在芸芸咖啡中，由於齋啡不加糖、不加奶，熱量較其他咖啡為低，所以去水腫效果最好。但要留意飲用份量，一天最多兩杯，且切勿空肚飲，否則相當傷胃。</p>

<p>由於咖啡能有效利尿去水腫，適量的咖啡可改善因水腫所致的體型問題，但如果你的體型問題主要是脂肪堆積，而非水腫的話，如「脂肪型肥胖者」，咖啡的瘦身效果就有限了，齋啡只可以是這類人士的輔助方法，他們還需要其他方面的合，如運動、控制飲食等。若肝臟代謝功能不佳的人，最好少喝咖啡。</p>

<p>在沒有拍攝的時候，金世正會保持一日三餐的習慣，並選擇低卡路里的原型食物，例如早餐會吃加入了蘋果和肉桂粉的希臘乳酪，而午餐和晚餐則會選擇三文魚或雞胸肉沙律，保持營養均衡。由於原型食物不經加工，能夠減少身體的負擔，加快瘦身效果。</p>

<p>在拍攝期間，金世正會進行「間歇性斷食法」，一天只吃兩餐，並在晚上5點之後不再進食。金世正會選擇低卡兼飽足感高的食物，而且會自備飯盒，避免進食油炸高鹽食品，她曾在網上分享健康餐單:</p>



<p>早餐：蘋果＋肉桂粉＋希臘乳酪<br>主食：三文魚或雞胸沙律/油豆腐壽司/白菜豆腐卷/黑木耳炒豆芽/紫菜麵條<br>水果：車厘茄/蘋果/桃</p>

<p>減肥餐單的食物大多數清淡無味，而減肥期間少不免會受到甜品和零食的誘惑。偶爾嘴饞的金世正會盡量吃堅果﹑果乾或蕃薯代替高糖高鹽的零食，雖然堅果類小食相比一般零食較為健康，但都要注意不要吃過量。</p>

<p>由細到大都備受注目，豐滿身型﹑開朗性格成為她的特徵，擁有鬼妹仔性格的她，即使曾被嘲「航空母艦」，她都從不介意這些惡評。鄭欣宜表示「最緊要做自己」，她只想做回快樂和有夢想的「鄭欣宜」，相信堅守最真實的自己，總有一天會得到別人的尊重。現在的欣宜，已不是當初沒有自信﹑經常被人嘲笑的鄭欣宜，而是成為大家心中一直戴著光環的「女神」。</p>

<p>欣宜以前曾試過不同的減肥方法，卻效果平平，身材很快回彈。欣宜她早在前年開始進行生酮飲食法，可惜當時因經常不戒口而未能成功，在去年年底再次挑戰生酮飲食，配合普拉提運動雙管齊下，令她成功在3個月減掉20磅。連毛舜筠也差點認不出欣宜:「女，你戴咗個口罩幾乎唔認得係你呀！真係瘦咗好多，正！」，天后鄭秀文也有讚欣宜好似十幾歲的小女孩。</p>

<p>生酮飲食是超低碳水化合物的飲食計劃，意思是每天攝取80％的脂肪，15％的蛋白質和僅5％的碳水化合物。以每天消耗2,000卡路里為例，當中只有100卡路里(即25克)來自碳水化合物，相等於2.5湯匙飯，而且包括水果和蔬菜等健康碳水化合物。當你以這種方式進食時，身體便缺乏碳水化合物燃燒轉化為能量，便需要燃燒脂肪以獲取能量，所以在短時間內達到快速減磅，但是在燃燒脂肪這個過程中，同時會產生酮體，所以稱為生酮飲食。</p>

<p>郭雪芙曾在節目上分享，每天都會喝足2,000-2,500c.c.的水份，另外會自製青瓜檸檬薄荷水，青瓜有清熱利尿的作用，搭配檸檬可幫助消水腫排毒，而且具有燃燒脂肪之功效，可以令自己更上鏡。</p>

<p>不少女生瘦身時令胸部都同時縮水，因為她們多數都是靠做全身運動去減肥。郭雪芙分享如果不想瘦到胸部的話，可以多搭配一些局部運動，例如專門針對手臂﹑大腿或臀部的運動，每次堅持做20分鐘，一星期可定期做2-3次。</p>

<p>郭雪芙指自己屬於水腫體質，她表示「按摩滾筒」是去水腫神器，平時有時間或做完運動後會使用「按摩滾筒」放鬆肌肉，兩天一次每次15-20分鐘，由小腿開始，接著到大腿﹑腋下﹑胸側，定期用滾筒按摩可以去水腫之外，更可放鬆繃緊痠痛的肌肉。</p>

<p>朴信惠曾透露自己是易胖體質，如果不控制飲食，身體就好容易發胖。她曾在節目上分享減肥期間，她會採用青瓜減重食譜。早餐她會以一根青瓜配上一杯低脂牛奶，午餐則是青菜配上半碗飯，晚餐就選擇一碗青菜和一根青瓜，最後讓她成功瘦下了10公斤。雖然這個食譜對瘦身相當有效，但一般人建議還是要每餐攝取到澱粉、蛋白質、青菜才健康。</p>

<p>朴信惠分享自己很容易水腫，如果要在鏡頭上展示最完美的模樣，她會喝無糖的紅豆水或南瓜水來消水腫。紅豆和南瓜可算是去水腫孖寶，可以祛濕利水，也可以促進腸胃蠕動及血液循環，而且南瓜有抗氧化的功效，可以保持皮膚緊緻年輕。</p>

<p>朴敏英曾在節目上分享，為了在電視上以最好的狀態視人，在戲劇開拍之前會進行「3日蘋果斷食法」，連續3日每餐都只吃蘋果，吸收大量膳食纖維、維他命、多酚和鉀，去刺激腸道蠕動，達到排毒、消水腫的效果。朴敏英也提醒大家要量力而為，建議在有需要的時候才採用這個方法，最好一個月一次就好，同時要注意血糖過低的問題。</p>

<p>朴敏英曾分享自己的小習慣，她指小腹是全身上下最好鍛鍊的肌肉，也是最容易因為姿勢不良而導致脂肪囤積的地方。要令到小腹更緊實，不管是坐著或站著，都要時刻記住挺腰收腹，這樣能維持身材曲線。</p>

<p>平時工作忙，收工後自然會令人變懶不想動。然而朴敏英堅持不論工作有多忙，她每天都會做運動來維持身材。如果拍戲忙碌沒有空運動的話，她會選擇多走路來消耗熱量，盡量不搭電梯改走樓梯。而作為演員的她，原來私下興趣是跳舞，她喜歡透過舞蹈出汗幫助排毒瘦身。</p>
