<h4 class="wp-block-heading">02 學習正確的吹頭技巧</h4>



<p>洗澡後急著把頭髮吹乾，根本沒有任何技巧可言，每天正在重覆傷害髮質都不知道。 </p>

<p>洗頭後應該先用毛巾輕輕印至半乾後才開始吹頭，記住風筒與頭髮的距離要保持15-30cm左右，以免令髮質受損。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">03 減少使用電髮器 </h4>



<p>女生打扮時總是免不了使用各種直髮夾、捲髮器將頭髮定型。長久下來，頭髮變得毛燥、變黃及失去光澤，應該要避免每天使用。</p>

<p>不同髮質的人士除了選擇適合自己的護髮用品外，在洗頭時使用護髮素後待一至兩分鐘後才沖水，再將護髮素沖走八成。     </p>

<p>改善飲食習慣對養髮同樣重要， 頭髮由蛋白質和纖維組成，補足蛋白質對健康的髮質非常重要。</p>
