<p>筆者在照顧女兒的飲食上，正正經歷過一段難熬的日子，因為在女兒2歲左右經過多次氣管炎後，突然開始拒絕進食多樣曾經已接受的食物，尤其抗拒食物混在一起，更別說營養價值高的肉碎粥、魚肉粥、蔬菜粥等等。</p>



<p>有一段時間，每餐也只接受「白飯料理」，即是白飯、豉油撈飯、飯素撈飯跟水撈飯，間中會願意吃蒸水蛋或烚蛋。</p>

<p>或許不少育有偏食問題的小朋友家長，也聽過身邊的人說：</p>



<ul><li>「切細D撈埋咪食囉！」</li><li>「唔食就餓佢幾餐，唔信佢唔食!」</li><li>「咁樣太就佢喇！煮到佢食為止!」</li><li>「咩零食都唔好買唔準食!」</li></ul>



<p>經過不知道多少遍的吵吵鬧鬧，我還是選擇尊重小朋友的個別「感覺偏好sensory preference」，在準備食物時也根據以下的方法來協助小朋友重新建立自願進食的習慣：</p>

<p>幾年時間過去，我亦準備了一個食物記錄表，去記錄低她重新願意嘗試或者是喜歡的食物，好讓進餐的時間不會變成每天的壓力來源。</p>



<p>如果你們的小朋友有較嚴重的偏食情況，甚至出現營養不足的問題，那當然要咨詢醫生、營養師、以及言語治療師的專業意見。</p>

<p>由野外走進人類家庭，由自主獵食至被飼養，有些動物已成為人類寵物伴侶，當中犬貓是最被寵愛的一群，更融入了人類的生活中，其起居生活及飲食呵護備至，形形色色的寵物食品應運而生，為不同品種、年齢、體質及健康狀況的寵物提供適切及全面的營養照顧，為現代忙碌的寵主帶來極大的方便性，但因寵物食品安全欠缺相關部門的檢測及監管，部分雖標榜為天然或健康的產品但卻以添加物或重口味吸引寵物採食，寵主須小心選擇，不應只憑寵物的喜好及適口性而決定，避免因此而引致 挑食 的行為。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"> 建立正確營養觀念 </h4>



<p>關於挑食問題，寵物從第一天走入家庭起，其飲食行為習慣就受寵主及其他家人所影響或支配，某程度也反應了寵主的喜好。因此寵主必須先建立正確的營養觀念，嚴守餵飼紀律。</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"> 觀察寵物飲食行為的變化 </h4>



<p>了解寵物疾病健康或生活及飲食行為的變化，一般健康犬貓在正常的發情期或情緒或會輕微影響食慾；排除食物是否變壞而拒食；寵物是否兼有其他不適的徵狀及精神欠佳等現象而致食慾減退或飲食習慣改變甚至拒食，若有以上問題必須就醫診治。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">避免寵物挑食6招</h4>



<p>要改變寵物挑食的惡習要由寵主做起，必須堅持及持續進行：<br>     1.  不要過度餵食。<br>     2.  以遊戲取代不必要的零食奬勵。<br>     3.  勿因喜好隨意或經常改變食物。<br>     4.  寵主進餐時切勿分享桌上食物。<br>     5.  遵守餵食守則，限時、定量、定位供應，每次餵食給予20-30分鐘時間，剩餘的食物必須撤走清理，不能讓寵物有討價還價的空間。<br>     6.  狗糧和人類食物分開存放。 絕對不要讓寵物把你的食物和自己食物聯想起來。否則，他們會開始以為自己也可以吃主人的食物。您的狗隻應該從牠的碗裡吃東西，並且永遠不要看到食物來自您的碗碟。</p>

<p>挑食不僅會令寵主帶來煩惱，也會導致寵物營養吸收不均衡，並帶來疾病。如果因應寵物不同發育階段或疾病而需要更改食物或營養需求，請逐步進行：新食物與舊食物混合，逐漸減少舊食物的數量同時逐漸增加新食物的數量。如果要從罐頭或半固體食品轉換為乾糧，可嘗試將少量溫水與乾糧混合。這將有助於使您的寵物習慣於新食物，並避免拒食。</p>
