<p>高橋弘教授認為「無法持續」和「復胖」是減肥失敗的主要原因，於是著力研究不挨餓、免忌口的減肥方法，想邊食想瘦，可以參考他提倡的抵消減肥法。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">01. 咀嚼訓練!1啖咬30下</h4>



<p>狼吞亮嚥最大問題，是讓大腦未能得到滿足，容易令胃部撐大，而吃過多食身。他建議一啖食物最要咀嚼30下以上，這有助延緩血糖值上升，亦能提到飽腹感。<br></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">02. 搭配「燃燒系」營養素</h4>



<p>想食就食免戒口？其實在進食高卡路里食物時要搭配燃燒系營養素，將醣類與脂質等加以燃燒，從而燃燒卡路里。燃燒系營養素分「燃燒系維生素」和「燃燒系植化素」，如蔬菜、水果、茶類、咖啡、香料、蒜頭及蕃茄等，配搭食用可提到減肥效果。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">03. 邪惡美食抵消法！</h4>



<p>教授將減肥大敵－零食，分為2大類，分別是「怪物卡路里」及「殭屍卡路里」，前者指高卡路里食材如Pizza、丼飯、炸物等；後者則指熱量卻超高的垃圾食物，像是泡麵、雪糕、零食、酒類等。</p>

<p>只要搭配抵消減肥法，邪惡美食一樣食得。他建議Pizza、丼飯的抵消食法是進食前，可先喝蔬菜湯、咖啡及蔬菜沙律，而Pizza配料有蕃茄及芝士更佳；雪糕、鬆餅的抵消食法則可加入含豐富膳食纖維的莓類及堅果類，加上慢慢咀嚼30下，更見效。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">04. 超重要！調整進食次序</h4>



<p>除了卡路里，其實飯後血糖GI值同樣重要，避開高GI值食物可以避免分泌肥胖荷爾蒙，只要更改進食順序，便能事半功倍，首先渴蔬菜湯暖胃，然後再吃蔬菜、海藻、菇類，接著是蛋白質及肉類，最後才吃白飯，有助提高代謝力及降低整體GI值，更易瘦下來。</p>
