<p>羽衣甘藍含有非常豐富的抗氧化劑，含有豐富的維生素C、A、K等、 葉酸、 鈣質及鐵質等，可改善貧血、預防便秘、降低膽固醇並有抗氧化作用。</p>

<p>茄子中的 花青素 能幫助降低人體內自由基傷害細胞的機會，有利於增強抵抗力。煮食茄子時，可以連皮烹飪，因爲茄子的花青素主要集中在皮上，連皮一起吃，可以增加人體對花青素的攝取量。</p>

<p>無花果 含有硒質、花青素等抗氧化營養素，所以具有不錯的抗氧化能力，能有效清除體內的自由基，幫助保護身體組織。硒質還存在於免疫系統中，能調節免疫反應，有助保持身體抵抗力。</p>
