<p>高纖低卡的 苜蓿芽 ，含有多種維他命，例如維他命A、維他命B雑、維他命C等。維他命A對保護呼吸道粘膜起到至關重要的作用，能增強免疫功能。維他命B雑幫助我們消除疲勞感，改善精神欠佳狀態，對提升抵抗力有所幫助。具抗氧化能力的維他命C，可以保護免疫細胞受到自由基的侵害。</p>

<p><strong>吞拿魚 苜蓿芽 壽司</strong></p>



<p>材料<br>吞拿魚（水浸）40克<br> 苜蓿芽 100克<br>米飯（熟）半碗<br>黑芝麻適量</p>



<p>調味料<br>壽司醋1湯匙<br>糖半茶匙</p>



<p>做法<br>1.灼熟 苜蓿芽 ，瀝乾後，備用。<br>2.壽司醋和糖混合，倒入飯中，徹底拌勻。<br>3.準備壽司蓆，舖上薄薄的壽司飯，放上壽司紫菜，再放上 苜蓿芽 和吞拿魚。<br>4.提起壽司蓆一端，壓實捲向另一端。成形後切件，撒上黑芝麻，即成。</p>

<p>由於 無花果 含有硒質、花青素等抗氧化營養素，所以具有不錯的抗氧化能力，能有效清除體內的自由基，幫助保護身體組織。硒質還存在於免疫系統中，能調節免疫反應，有助保持身體抵抗力。</p>

<p>作為食物大熱的牛油果，含有豐富的優質營養素，例如對人體有益的不飽和脂肪。不過牛油果的脂肪含量較高，進食時需要控制分量，以免攝取過量脂肪。魷魚是補充蛋白質的優質來源，蛋白質有助體內的免疫細胞生長，幫助我們提升抵抗力。</p>

<p><strong>海鮮牛油果黑麥麵包配無花果</strong><br><strong>材料</strong>：<br>黑麥麵包2片<br> 無花果 1個<br>牛油果半個<br>魷魚圈4個</p>



<p><strong>調味料</strong>：<br>黑胡椒1茶匙<br>青檸汁2茶匙<br>鹽半茶匙<br>蒜頭1瓣</p>



<p><strong>做法</strong>：<br>1.無花果洗淨，切片備用。<br>2.將牛油果去皮、去核，再用叉子壓成泥，加入青檸汁、黑胡椒、鹽調味。<br>3.用少許油爆香蒜頭，加入魷魚圈翻炒，加入少許鹽調味。<br>4.將牛油果塗在黑麥麵包上，鋪上魷魚圈和 無花果 ，即成。</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">對 心臟 健康的蔬果主要分幾大類型，第一類包括食物纖維比較高的蔬果，例如是麥皮，麥包，比較多「渣」的蔬果，都能均衡膽固醇，減低壞膽固醇值；亦能令到血管吸收糖的成份減慢，是有益低升糖的食物。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>第2類：含奧米茄三的食物</strong></h4>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">第2類，便是多吃奧米茄三，又或者是單元不飽和脂肪酸比較高的食物。總的來說是包括什麼食物呢？首先，我們要了解脂肪是分為幾大類型的；相信很多人也知道反式脂肪對人體有害，例如輕化了的植物油便是反式脂肪，通常薯條餅乾也會容易找到反式脂肪；二單元不飽和脂肪酸便是橄欖油牛油果等類型的食物，但如果是飽和脂肪酸，便是豬油、牛油、椰油、棕櫚油這些都會在室溫的溫度形成固體的，醫生絕對不贊成吃這些油造成的東西。</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">另外一樣便是奧米茄三，奧米茄三來自魚類的提煉尤其是知道某些魚類在冬天的時間也能保持體溫油份也不會凝固，例如是三文魚又或者是中國沿岸的黃花魚，也充滿奧米茄三的成份，另外一隻與奧米茄三一樣的便是奇亞籽油，也是成份高有益。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>第3類：抗氧化食物</strong></h4>
