<p>根據兒童發展里程，三至六歲是小朋友建立書寫能力的重要時刻。書寫能力其實不單單是怎樣控制筆桿抄寫，更要求穩健的坐姿、足夠的手臂力及手握力、良好的雙手及手眼協調能力，以及精準的眼球控制能力。</p>



<p>筆者在過往的幾星期，已收到多位媽媽的求救訊息，她們都把小朋友寫得錯亂的功課影像傳送給我，又或者是傾訴小朋友不願做功課的情況，希望尋求解決方法。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">五個家居訓練兒童抄寫能力的方法</h2>



<p id="h--2">以下想跟大家分享五個容易又有效的家居訓練活動方法，希望協助大家重建基本的抄寫能力。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">活動一：掌上壓（增強膊頭穩定性）</h3>



<p>可以先嘗試屈膝做掌上壓，根據小朋友的能力，每天做至少20下。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3">活動二：噴水壺（促進手握力）</h3>



<p>選購體積較小的噴水壺，而小朋友可以雙手或單手操作，把壺內的水都噴光，尤其適合在洗澡時進行遊戲。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4">活動三：彈地接球（促進雙手協調及手眼協調能力）</h3>



<p>如果是較大的球，以雙手擲向地下，回彈時雙手抱接；如果是較小的球，則可以單手擲向地下，然後接回，甚至左手擲右手接，右手擲左手接，目標要連續接10下。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--5">活動四：剪紙（促進手眼協調及手腕控制能力）</h3>



<p>將環保紙、傳單、雜誌等，隨意剪成一條條，或剪下不同的圖案。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--6">活動五：夾（促進前二指掐力）</h3>



<p>練習以拇指及食指用衣夾、紙夾、魚尾夾等等不同款式的夾，圍住衣服、卡紙或膠file等等</p>





<p>最後，希望各位家長在追趕家課的同時，仍能保持關愛自己及孩子的心，困難必定會慢慢改善。</p>
