<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-"><strong>每日正常會掉多少頭髮？</strong></h2>



<p>頭髮的生長周期分為生長期、靜止期及休眠期。每條頭髮的生長期大約3年，之後頭髮會停止生長。接著是為期2至3星期的靜止期。最後會踏入約3個月的休眠期，頭髮會逐漸脫落。有研究指出，正常人每日平均會掉50-100條頭髮，屬於身體正常的新陳代謝。假如突然於短時間內大量掉髮，就可能有脫髮危機。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">懷孕時<strong>脫髮機率不高</strong>？</h2>



<p>懷孕時脫髮的機率不高，因懷孕會分泌雌激素荷爾蒙，讓頭髮的生長停留在靜止狀態，頭髮的毛囊反而不太會掉落。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3"><strong>荷爾蒙變化：</strong></h4>



<p>懷孕三個月的孕婦，身上的荷爾蒙會大量轉移到胎兒身上，在荷爾蒙不平均之下，孕婦會感到壓力，壓力會影響頭髮的生長週期，讓頭髮進入休眠期掉髮（Telogen Effluvium）。<br><br>另外，孕婦一般會於產後的第3、4個月出現脫髮問題，原因跟荷爾蒙分泌有關，屬常見現象，而且只是短暫性，產後半年便會漸漸好轉，因此無需過分擔心。</p>

<p>患妊娠糖尿病、生癬，或是服用治療高血壓、憂鬱症藥物的孕婦，也可能會脫髮。<br><br></p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--5"><strong>甲狀腺功能低下：</strong></h4>



<p>甲狀腺素可以調節新陳代謝率、消化系統，有助心理健康，甚至幫助指甲及頭髮生長，甲狀腺素低下可能造成脫髮。</p>

<p>多囊性卵巢症是荷爾蒙失衡的狀況，孕婦身體會產生大量雄性激素，造成身體的毛髮變多，但是頭髮部分則會掉落。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4">如何<strong>避免脫</strong>髮</h2>



<p></p>



<p>— 均衡的健康飲食，多攝取蛋白質、鐵質和其他重要營養素，也可補充適合的維他命。當中預防脫髮的第一步是補充蛋白質，因蛋白質是頭髮生長最重要的營養元素，可多攝取紅肉。<br><br>— 避免油膩、辛辣食物，因它們會增加皮脂腺的分泌，影響毛囊功能，加速頭髮脫落。<br><br>— 按摩頭皮，促進血液循環。<br><br>— 洗頭髮時力道不要太重。<br><br>— 用齒距較寬的梳子，避免拉扯到頭髮。<br><br>— 避免綁辮、紮馬尾，或任何需要拉扯頭髮的髮型。<br><br>— 避免電髮、捲髮及染髮。剛生產後，頭髮已較為脆弱，頭髮在電染時，除了會接觸化學物，使其容易折斷，上藥水更涉及拉扯動作，或會使更多頭髮脫落。在產後半年內，應減少電染頭髮。<br><br>— 定期清潔及護理，不常洗頭可能會導致油脂堵塞毛孔，加劇脫髮問題。<br><br>— 保持心情開朗及良好的作息生活，有助提升新陳代謝。</p>

<p>飲食於懷孕過程一向非常重要，孕婦的飲食習慣，可能會影響到孩子日後的發展。近年多了人關注的ADHD「專注力失調及過度活躍症」（Attention Deficit and / Hyperactivity Disorder），跟孕婦懷孕時的飲食習慣，又有沒有關連？多食高油脂、高糖分的食物，是否真的會增加孩子出生後患「多動症」的機會？</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">避免高脂高糖飲食</h2>



<p id="h-igf2-dna-dna-igf2-igf2"><br>過去有研究發現，孕期影響孩童的成長發育，與胰島素生長因子（IGF2）的DNA的甲基化有關，這個甲基化修飾導致了DNA的功能改變。IGF2與胎兒發育有很大的關係，同時也涉及到腦區內有關過動症的部分，而研究人員亦認為孕期不健康的飲食，影響到這類的基因，導致胎兒腦部早期發育有影響。孕婦懷孕時多攝取脂肪及糖分，胎兒的IGF2甲基化，比起健康飲食的孕婦生出的胎兒來的要高。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">懷孕初期多食海鮮</h2>



<p>有研究指出，孕婦懷孕時進食豐富海鮮，孩子患上ADHD的風險會有所減低。西班牙一項研究調查了1641對母子及母女，收集媽媽於懷孕時的飲食習慣的數據，並於孩子8歲時，評估孩子ADHD的徵狀。研究發現，假若媽媽懷孕時進食大量海鮮，孩子患ADHD的機會會有所減少。懷孕期間每星期進食4份 (1份為115克) 魚類，孩子在8歲的時候專注力表現明顯會變得更好。<br><br>研究人員指出，高油脂魚，例如三文魚、鯖魚等最為有益，因含豐富Omega-3，有助大腦發育，孩子長大後專注力會較好。<br><br>如果在懷孕的頭三個月食用海鮮，對專注力的影響更大，因為懷孕初期的大腦發育更為關鍵。<br><br><strong><a href="https://metrohealthplus.hk/20696" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">相關文章：魚類營養知多少？營養師推介合時魚類！</span></a></strong></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">少量酒精亦會影響胎兒腦部發展</h2>



<p id="h-6-7-adhd-25"><br>孕婦懷孕時如果飲酒，對胎兒成長後的心理、行為及認知能力均有影響。有研究指出，孕婦如果懷孕時，即使只是喝少量酒精，孩童長大後會出現較多情緒問題，如抑鬱症、焦慮症，以及行為問題，如衝動或專注力不足。如果孕婦在懷孕期最初的6至7星期飲較多酒，孩童出現ADHD的機會更會高25%，而且更易出現攻擊等行為問題。<br><br>研究指出，即使孕婦只在懷孕初期飲少量酒，之後便停飲，對胎兒日後的腦部發展也同樣有負面影響。由於很多孕婦於最初懷孕的6至7個星期時，大多未知自己懷孕，因此研究人員提醒，如女士已有生育計劃，就應該避免飲酒。</p>

<p><strong>蛋白質：</strong>可從蛋、牛奶、肉類、魚類、豆腐、豆漿中攝取。<br><br><strong>鈣質：</strong>鈣質有利胎兒的骨骼發育，同時鈣質攝取也可避免孕婦於孕期抽筋。孕婦除了可以透過牛奶及鈣片攝取外，也可以從小魚乾、豆腐、深色蔬菜等攝取。另外，多曬太陽也可以幫助鈣質吸收。<br><br><strong>鐵質：</strong>孕婦在懷孕期間血量會增加，若血量增加，紅血球物增加，則會出現生理性貧血，導致疲倦，同時應付生產的出血能力下降、剖腹產後也較容易出現感染，或者是BB的發育遲緩。所以孕期必須加強鐵質攝取，可以從豬肉、牛肉、豆類、深色蔬菜、內臟、肝臟、蛋黃、貝類、牛奶、葡萄等食物中攝取。<br><br><strong>鈉：</strong>孕婦若有高血壓及水腫，要限制鈉的攝取，像是滷味、罐頭食品、即食等。<br><br><strong>維他命：</strong>多攝取維他命C、維他命A。維他命C可從柑橘類、木瓜中攝取；維他命A可從深綠色、深黃色蔬菜及水果中攝取。<br><br><strong>葉酸：</strong>葉酸有助胎兒的腦部發育，懷孕初期就可以開始攝取，從豆類、全穀類、蘆筍、香蕉、橙汁、肝臟、瘦肉、綠色蔬菜等攝取。<br><br><strong>DHA：</strong>DHA對於胎兒的腦部以及視網膜發育相當有幫助，可幫助胎兒的視力以及認知發展。孕期或孕後哺乳階段都可以適當補充，可從深海魚中攝取。<br><br><strong><a href="https://metrohealthplus.hk/8802" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">相關文章：5大孕婦飲食禁忌公開 懷孕期間飲食習慣要小心！</span></a></strong></p>
