<p>可以先請爸爸安坐於梳化上，預備泰國青草膏﹔先以青草膏塗於爸爸的小腿肌，不用塗太多，只要手能感到順滑便可。</p>

<p id="block-1dd5db72-aaee-48c8-a55b-010312cf86c7">拿的秘訣是虎口位用力，手指不要用力，緊貼小腿，慢慢拿高，慢慢放回。從上而下開始，逐一將爸爸的小腿肌&#8217;拿&#8217;起，再放鬆，直至腳踭位置，便完成拿。</p>

<p>按，是以手指按壓的意思。小腿後方有一條肌肉線，以雙手每邊三根手指，往小腿後的肌肉線按壓。如果本身力度不夠，可以把身體往後拉，來增加一點力度。在按壓過程中，如爸爸感到痛楚﹕痠痛、麻痛、痺痛、漲痛，均是正常的，但如果爸爸感到刺痛的話，便不要繼續按，因為他的肌肉已經發炎。</p>

<p id="block-cefa7a76-e1a1-4af1-8162-b1979ca10079">最後是一個比較有治療效用的手法 &#8211; 搓。搓是以自己的前臂位置，於爸爸的小腿肌上搓揉。同樣是從上而下開始，直至腳踭位置。由於之前已經完成了推、拿、按這三個步驟，所以現在進行搓的話，爸爸所感受的痛楚應該不是太大，如果一開始便&#8217;搓&#8217;的話，痛楚應該大很多。 <br></p>

<p id="block-865f1e41-40c5-47b8-962c-40ea69b552b9">這個頭肩頸推拿的口訣就是「推」、「拿」、「按」、「壓」。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="block-f31c2653-5c67-44e5-be20-f991da4fa09c">「推」</h2>



<p id="block-8464f0d9-0134-40f9-a314-6cdc12d1b138">先預備一張沒有靠背的椅子，然後邀請媽媽坐下；胸鎖乳突肌（頸兩側）塗上油脂（凡士林也可），用意是順滑頸部，以免推拿時磨擦引起痛楚。首先推拿左邊頸，我需要站在她後面，盡量貼近她背後，將右手放在她的頭及面部，以作輔助；</p>

<p id="block-8464f0d9-0134-40f9-a314-6cdc12d1b138">使用左手胟指的大肌肉位置（魚際）由耳後慢慢推到鎖骨位置，要有5-10次推動。推了左邊，將整個方向反轉，再推右邊。</p>

<p id="block-1dd5db72-aaee-48c8-a55b-010312cf86c7">拿的手法就如拿起一只杯子一樣，秘訣是虎口位用力，手指不要用力，貼近對方皮膚，慢慢拿高，慢慢放回，整個動作不能快，因為速度快是一種刺激，並不是放鬆。將左手放在媽媽的額頭以作輔助，右手用拿的方法在頸後方放著，慢慢拿出，停留五秒，再慢慢放回。將整條後頸分為三個部份，上，中，下。每個部份拿三次。這就完成了拿法<br><br></p>

<p id="block-6233ce0e-0a35-4253-9b0b-742bc41601b3">按的意思是用手指按下目標位置。先找到位於後腦勺中央凸起的圓形骨頭，在這骨頭下一點的位置是凹入的，這個位置就是風府穴，向左邊或右邊大約一寸就是風池穴，在耳珠後頭骨下的凹入位置是翳風穴，這三個穴位（兩側加起來就是五個穴位）都是很重要的。</p>
