<p>在家很容易變得懶散，如果你的上班時間是早上9點至下午5點，中午1點吃午餐的話，在家工作也需要嚴格執行。另外你可透過制定詳細的時間表，好好規劃當天的工作，設立每個工作的Deadline，令自己必須在限時內完成工作，提升工作效率。</p>

<p>床是睡覺放鬆的地方，如果工作和休息的地方一樣，有可能影響睡眠，在休息的時間也容易想到工作，身心難以放鬆。而且在床上工作，容易分心，無時無刻都想睡覺。</p>

<p>建議在家中找到固定的工作區域，可以是在書房﹑客廳某處，或一張工作枱，可以的話盡量靠近窗戶，讓自己感受到與外面世界的連結，營造在公司工作的環境。</p>

<p>在公司上班時間定時，上班族大多都是朝九晚五，所以很容易地將生活和工作分開。在家工作容易打亂作息時間，建議將生理時鐘調節，維持固定睡覺和起床時間。</p>

<p>在家穿著睡衣容易因為感到放鬆而帶來惰性，有可能會因為太舒服就跑回床上睡覺。建議換上出門才會穿的衣服，令自己感覺進入上班狀態，更容易集中工作。</p>
