<h2 class="wp-block-heading">尿頻難以只從小便次數定義</h2>



<p>成年人一日應該去幾多次廁所？何醫生提醒，小便頻率關乎性別、身高、季節影響排汗量，需結合每人日常活動、飲水量等綜合判斷。但除了小便次數，還需結合每次的尿量作出綜合判斷。<br><br>譬如戶外工作者，為減少小便次數盡量避免飲水，然而夏天在戶外高溫下工作，水分攝取不足可能造成身體脫水和中暑，即使小便次數很少，同樣會造成其他健康問題。<br><br>何醫生再舉例，譬如冬天少出汗，一位成年人如果飲水量達1.5至2公升，每天小便次數有8至10次，小便量亦達超過1.5公升，即使小便次數多，但尿量大而且尿液比較清澈不會過濃，也屬健康。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">病態尿頻是什麼？</h2>



<p>所謂病態尿頻，即尿頻的程度需要求醫，何醫生指最常見的尿頻是患者經常小便完不久又想再小便，而且每次尿量都不多。多數求診者都受都市人的生活習慣影響，日常經常飲用咖啡、奶茶等含有咖啡因會刺激小便的飲品，更利尿亦會更容易感到「急尿」。<br><br>尿頻分為泌尿系統和非泌尿系統的問題。非泌尿系統的問題，例如糖尿病，會出現消渴症，經常感到口渴，大量飲水從而經常小便。何醫生強調，患者求診時醫生會首先排除這類問題。<br><br>另外心臟衰竭會影響身體水分和荷爾蒙分泌，亦會更經常小便；有睡眠窒息的患者，體內荷爾蒙亦會受影響，同樣可能更經常小便。<br><br><strong>泌尿系統問題又分為結構性和功能性問題：</strong><br>結構性問題，例如膀胱不停不規律收縮，常見男士前列腺增生，加速衰老會導致膀胱更經常不規律地收縮產生尿意；<br>其他結構性問題，例如結石或腫瘤，無論前列腺或膀胱的結石或腫瘤，都會因異物感導致膀胱更經常收縮從而產生尿意。</p>

<p>針對糖尿患者的尿頻情況，可以透過驗血檢查血糖水平；<br>針對心臟衰竭患者的尿頻情況，往往患者求診時會有明顯的面腫、手腫腳腫等情況，可以進一步作心臟檢查；<br><br>至於前列腺增生等引起的尿頻，可以透過尿流速檢查、內窺鏡檢查等確定患者的前列腺、膀胱等夾內部健康狀況。至於治療，醫生會根據病因為患者定制治療方案，對症下藥。<br>結構上的尿頻問題一般會考慮以手術移除結石或腫瘤，針對前列腺增生，還可使用藥物輔助，需視乎增生的嚴重程度。<br><br>何醫生強調，無論針對結石或前列腺增生的手術，任何手術風險都會隨患者年紀而增加。針對結石採取手術，一般康復率達95%，每年復發率1-2％，越早發現，越早求診，治療難度越低。<br><br>最後何醫生提醒，許多長者認為尿頻屬於機能退化現象，無需治療，延誤了治療和對病情的控制，最後限制了自身的日常活動。其實無論屬於結構性抑或功能性問題，現今醫學昌明有很多方法可以改善尿頻的狀況，提高生活質素。發現相關身體變化，記得及時求醫！</p>

<p>中醫師王緯迪表示，從中醫角度而言， 尿頻問題是與腎氣不足有關。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">而中醫主要會以兩個方式去治療，包括針灸和內服中藥，其中，針灸穴位有助補腎益氣。</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">改善尿頻問題 方法 1：睡前避免喝利尿飲品</h3>



<p>中醫師建議大家避免喝咖啡﹑紅茶和綠茶。因為這些飲品含有咖啡因，會有利尿的作用。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">改善 尿頻問題 方法 3：鍛鍊骨盆底肌肉</h3>



<p>中醫師建議有 尿頻問題 的人，可以做骨盆底肌肉運動，例如Kegel exercise（又稱骨盆運動），去鍛鍊骨盆底肌肉。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5種補腎的黑色食物</h3>



<p>在中醫的角度而言，根據五色五形理論中指出黑能補腎。<br><br>因此，中醫師建議大家可以多攝取黑芝麻、黑木耳、黑豆、黑棗、黑米等黑色食物。另外，栗子都適合腎氣不足和尿頻的人進食。</p>

<p>夜尿問題會影響睡眠質素，一整晚去2-3次廁所，非常困擾。其實夜尿頻繁，成因除了是身體毛病之外，亦源於很多生活細節，大家可以從以下5招著手 改善夜尿 問題，從此就可以一覺瞓天光！</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading">01 夜前別<strong>喝太多水</strong></h4>



<p>儘量別在睡覺前兩小時內吸收太多水分，在晚上8時後減少攝取液體，並在睡覺前去一次洗手間。</p>

<p>入睡後因為強烈的尿意而中斷睡眠，應該紀錄每日的飲水量和如廁次數，嘗試減少喝水，觀察情況有沒有改善。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">02 改善腳部水腫</h4>



<p>腳部水腫的人因為液體在下半身滯留，在睡覺時水分就會進入血管，因而增加需要排出體外的尿量。</p>

<p>因此，建議大家在睡前可以做一些消除腳部水腫的運動，例如抬腳、腳部拉伸運動等，改善夜間去洗手間的情況。</p>

<p>由於含咖啡因、酒精飲品利尿，儘量在日間攝取咖啡因，亦可以改善失眠問題。</p>

<p>早前有日本節目《健康原因知多D》，指在黃昏時間使用攝氏40至60度的熱水泡腳浸腳約10分鐘，可以改善夜尿問題。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">05 改善作息時間</h4>



<p>淺睡的人常因為睡眠中斷而心思思想去廁所，其實淺睡亦是造成夜尿的成因之一。</p>

<p>因為當身體進入深層睡眠時，膀胱體會放鬆，所以括約肌緊縮會令到尿意下降，但是淺睡時身體則不能放鬆，尿意便會產生。</p>
