<p>人有三急，但距離對上一轉上廁所相隔很短時間？此情此景，除了較常發生在老人家身上，近年亦開始有打工仔出現同樣問題，不過礙於工事繁忙，百忙之中往往未能抽出時間上洗手間！其實要 改善尿頻 問題，原來只需準備竹筒加上一個動作，便可以對症下藥。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading">膀胱不自主收縮!</h4>



<p>日本信州大學醫學部泌尿器科學教室講師皆川倫範醫師，就尿頻問題進行研究，其實不少頻尿、漏尿的患者，主要因為「過動性膀胱」引致，膀胱肌肉會不自主收縮，而導致頻尿及尿意。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">踩2分鐘竹筒有救</h4>



<p>皆川倫範醫師曾進行的一項研究，研究請到22名27至90歲的過動性膀胱患者，每天早晚各踩踏竹筒一次，一次踩2分鐘，持續28天後發現，雖然平均尿量沒有變化，不過卻增加單次的排尿量、減少上廁所次數，真正 改善尿頻 。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">刺激「足弓」部位</h4>



<p>踩2分鐘竹筒之所以有效，原理是透過刺激腳底的「足弓」部位！</p>

<p>皆川倫範醫師及團隊就針對足部「反射區」的「神經反射療法」研究，發現足弓對應著泌尿器官，只要刺激足弓，便可 改善尿頻，而漏尿問題亦會有所改善。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">早晚各踩2分鐘</h4>



<p>皆川倫範建議，即使是年長者、不愛運動的人也能每日踩竹筒，他建議每天早晚各踩2分鐘，方法十分簡單，只要踏在竹筒上，左右腳交替踩踏2分鐘便可。<br></p>
